I loved the room with small twin bed, a desk, a TV, a closet, big windows and a balcony and a very spacious bathroom. It was perfect to get some work done on my laptop from the hotel. Wifi also worked perfectly. The cleanliness was top notch, along with the friendliness of the staff. The location can't be beat, right by the main train station and airport bus dropoff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

They served coffee but no breakfast, however this was known when booking. The street noise could be loud, but this also comes with the location.

Very useful central situation near the main railway station and near a bus stop for the airport. Lovely helpful members of staff. Clean comfortable room in good condition. Had a kettle even though not specified. Nice bathroom. Very quiet room had been supplied on request.

Would be great to have a basic breakfast, only tea or coffee supplied. Even a plain croissant would be nice. Air con a bit noisy but then when isn't it?! Missing one sign pointing the way to the exit so kept mistaking the way out and ending up in a dead end. Its a bit of a maze so this needs to be rectified in case of an emergency.

Very clean rooms. Nice balcony. Good blinding curtains and doors, so the room stayed very dark in the evening. Good to sleep in. They have old electricity plug in, but the receptionist landed us an adapter, but I would make sure that I have one next time. Good location, very close to the city centre, all transportation and sights. Staff was nice.

In the room there was a smoke detector that was flickering the whole night with red light, it was very annoying. We had separate bed with my friend and for the cover we only received a very thin blanket which lead to us being very cold at night. In the wardrobe there was a blanket and regular duvet but both for twin bed only. If you get a regular bed I do not think this would be an issue at all.

It do not usually stay in a 2 star hotel but this time i could find nothing else. Glad i did as the room was MOST comfortable, clean and spacious! Bigger than rooms in 4 star hotels in Brussels. Even though the corridors and decor is a bit dated the room was VERY clean which made my stay much more comfortable. I also really enjoyed opening the windows and hearing the buzz in the evening. I would stay there again.

The décor was a bit dated and it would have been nice if there was coffee at least all day long. The price was also a bit high for a 2 star hotel, but i should mention that i almost did not find a room anywhere in Torino.

The location couldn't have been better, directly across the road from the train station. Easy to reach from the airport. There were numerous cafes and restaurants around the hotel, with buses and trams passing in front of the hotel. Most of the main attractions were about 15-20 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff, especially Benedetta and Martina, were so helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

Nothing to criticise, the hotel didn't have a breakfast option, but there were so many nearby cafes, it wasn't a problem.

We loved this hotel because we had a standard triple room with a normal bed, which is the most important thing in a hotel. Everything you need for basics was available - you can open the window for fresh air, and there is air conditioning. Shampoo and fresh towels were provided. The price is very low, but we are happy with the quality. The hotel is in a good strategic location, near a stop that takes you to Turin airport, as well as the train station. Very convenient for those traveling from place to place. If you are sensitive to noise, you might get a room facing the street; it didn't bother us, we slept well, but you can ask for courtyard, I think.

Located unmistakably in the heart of the city, our hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff, particularly Constantin and the other ladies, were consistently welcoming and cheerful, while cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. The room itself was impressively spacious, with ceilings so high they added a touch of grandeur—easily one of the most ambitious accommodations we've experienced. To top it off, the stunning city view from our window was the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional stay.

The first thing: spacious and clean rooms. Quite important fir me. Well - working air conditioner, everyday change if towels, nice and modern bathroom, comfortable bed. The second: nice and helpful employees The third thing : free hot drinks in the lobby Bonus: The windows in my room were facing the inner yard and one of them was opened as if a door and thus creating the feeling of having a balcony.

Location: I don't mean on the map (I chose exactly there) but the fact that some homeless people were sleeping in front of the door and there was not a good smell when you come out of the hotel in the early morning or come back in the late evening. But I guess it is out of the hotel's influence.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable, multiple electrical outlets (yes folks important with multiple devices today) in room, quiet and a cute balcony (okay it doesn’t overlook anything special but it was neat). Room felt new and incredibly well maintained. Location is just opposite Torino Porta Nuova train station and a short 20 min walk to Royal Palace, Palazzo Madama and city Centre. I was able to leave my bag before check-in and scurry off to do some sightseeing. I would definitely use this hotel again.

A very convenient hotel: I haven't stayed at one so close to the station for a while, and I had forgotten how "easy" it makes things. No getting lost on the way. Can shower straight after a long journey, or just drop your bags and head straight out if you want to explore. Then no panic when leaving (no need to factor in a spare 20 mins just in case something goes wrong on the way to the station). Room was a little basic but satisfactory. Bathroom-toilet area was as big as the "main room". Was happy overall and everything was as advertised.

I should have checked as I like having a fridge in the room to stop milk from going sour and save me from drinking a room temperature beer. But the hotel didn't claim to have fridges, so it's my fault.
