Clean rooms in a great location in city centre

Slightly dated decor but you get what you pay for ! Balconys overlooked a locals properties not a great view

Super convenient as next to train station. Staff super attentive, especially Steffan who brought us a kettle to the room. Excelent breakfast, coffee really good albeit from a vending machine. Honey was served on a dish with chunks of raw honey from the hive, a very classy touch. Absolutely Loved the shower tiles with forest patterns. Would recommend!

The lift was too slow and took ages in the morning to get to breakfast room as everybody was using it

The attention from the people who greet you is excellent, and the girls who help you with breakfast are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The room is always clean, comfortable as well as the bathroom. All the services that are reported are provided. The breakfast is quite good because they have variety: bread, croissants, fruit, coffee, juices, boiled eggs, yogurt, water, cheese, ham, among others. The location is excellent, close to downtown and 1 minute from the train station. I would return to this hotel. I felt at home.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to Porte Nuova train station and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. The hotel is on a quiet street; it has good breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

I would have appreciated a tv-program in English language.

Big and bright room, balcony, tea/coffe facilities, nice bathroom with window. The breakfast was plenty enough as for Italy

Hotel in a good location, very close to Porta Nuova station. Very quiet at night. Comfortable beds in a decent sized room. The breakfast was perfectly good for a short stay. No complaints.

Clean , great location, helpful staff

Nothing really. View from the balcony wasn’t great as was internally situated but if it had been external it’s very busy town and would have been noisy so that turned out quite well.

This hotel is very close to the train station which is very convenient. My double room was spacious and I liked a big bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t satisfactory so I wouldn’t recommend taking it.

Location

Confusion during check out, i was asked to pay an already paid reserved stay one week prior to checkin in. It was a bit disorganized and should have been done between booking.com and hotel discussion. I already showed the receptionist that i had paid thru my bank and even showed the phone entry and date of payment confirmation, still he asked me to pay then after rechecking he had to cancel the transaction on my card. Hassle

Well located close to bus, tram, metro and Porta Nuova Station. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is very welcoming and nice. I arrived earlier than check in time to drop my baggage but they gave me room access earlier. In the night i noticed airconditioner was not working correctly and needful was done immediately to give another room.

Breakfast very limited choice and croissant was not fresh. We didn't even liked the coffee and juice. I just ate toast and butter and banana. Breakfast require big improvements. Room granted where air conditioning was properly was smaller. Appreciate if could check air conditioning before granting a room as inconvenient to have to change room middle of night. But I really appreciate that needful was done.
