The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked in last minute late at night as we had been scammed out of our original accommodation and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, who also helped us with paperwork and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. There is somebody at the desk 24/7. The room comes with everything you could need. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

The area can be a little dodgy at night-something for solo travellers and families to consider.

If like us you need to catch an early train from Stazione Porta Nuova, the Romano's location is great. It's down the side of the station, and in fact that makes getting to the platforms a doddle, as the entrance is also in the same street, Via Nizza. The guy on the desk was pleasant and helpful. Late check-in wasn't a problem as he appears to be there all night. You can walk into the centre of town easily.

The hotel served our purpose - which was to have somewhere without frills and at a reasonable price to stay overnight before leaving Turin early by train.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The room was a bit small but quite and nice. Good connection to wifi! The bed was comfortable and the furniture was new.

The area of the central station is not the nicest (not the fault of the hotel of course) but it is convenient if you arrive by train or by bus from the Turin airport, the bus stop is 5 min walk away from the hotel. The heating was a bit not warm enough and we couldn't find the AC remote to warm up the room a bit. Maybe a small fridge in the room would be nice to have to put some snacks.

It is very close to the center of the city. So for walking this makes it very easy to explore and see new places. Besides this the staff was very helpful and friendly with questions and some tips where to go in the beautiful city of turino. The room was very good and clean, with okay beds and shower.

There weren't any complaints. Only the street near the hotel can be a little bad in the night with some homeless people and people who aren't too friendly. But if you walk across the road, all should be fine.

Super friendly lovely smiling staff, felt like meeting some friends again there :-) Excellent location - next to Torino Porta Nuova train station, two steps into the city centre. Plenty of restaurants, bars in the surroundings. Air conditioned comfortable room for my single occupancy- bed was correct. Quiet at night for a good rest after some hiking in Via Lattea - Milky Way ;-) Could leave my bags after check out, Thanks Marco ! I sure would be back when in Torino again. See you all soon :-)

Suggestion- provide holder for soap/shampoo in the shower cubicle.

The property was continently located near the train station. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The price point was fabulous. The room was clean but dated which really doesn’t matter to us because we don’t spend much time in the room. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the front desk attendant brought our luggage up to our room because there are no elevators. Overall, it was a great visit to Turin.

The hotel was really good with a friendly staff. The breakfast was also great. The hotel was pretty close to the center, so you could get there by walking.

A small drawback was that it was a bit too close to the Railway Station and some groups (possibly drunk or drugged) were gathered next to it throughout the day, making some noise. I would also think twice before returning a bit late. It didn't feel very safe.

staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the thing that surprised me that they had a shattaf in the bathroom (the thing muslims wash with) even tho i brought mine with me but it was a good thing that they had it and i hope the rest of italy and europe could do the same soon

The staff from the moment I walked in till I left were extremely amicable and helpful, always with a sincere smile. The room was homely, clean and fairly quiet. I got a good rest and was close to everything I needed.

I enjoyed the place and will probably come back to it. If I have to change something would be to get a room farther away from the staircase. The only noises where of people walking the corridors.

The hotel is clean, warm, staff is very nice and ready to support. Staff at the reception kindly helped us with taking the suitcases upstairs and downstairs. We could leave our suitcases in the hotel after checking out which is convenient if you have time to explore the city.
