Staff fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. They also spoke fluent English which was great after a long journey and us speaking poor Italian, even though we tried! Room clean and a good size and very comfortable, with plenty of storage and surface areas. Location right next to the station which was ideal for us as we had a train booked for the following day. It’s also an easy walk to the main piazzas. We didn’t have breakfast included but got a great value coffee from the bar.

A kettle in the room (fab) but no coffee or teabags, though the hotel staff did give us 3 teabags and a jug of milk when we asked. Very minor though. I would have preferred to pay in advance rather than at the hotel to help with budgeting.

Very convenient location near the station. Easy to get to most sights and the metro. Helpful staff, clean rooms.

No big complaints. There are a few dodgy characters who hang around the streets outside the hotel or nearby to it. I saw one of them clearly dealing drugs. I experienced no problems and didn’t feel at risk, but just something to be aware of when coming back late at night. Hotel itself feels very secure. Breakfast was OK but a little basic.

A typical Italian hotel, best suited for short stays. Recommended especially for transit between flights or trains, thanks to its excellent location – right next to the train station and the bus stop with direct service to the airport. Breakfast is decent, though not very diverse. The room was clean but rather small. One thing to note is the absence of an elevator, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked in last minute late at night as we had been scammed out of our original accommodation and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, who also helped us with paperwork and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. There is somebody at the desk 24/7. The room comes with everything you could need. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

The area can be a little dodgy at night-something for solo travellers and families to consider.

If like us you need to catch an early train from Stazione Porta Nuova, the Romano's location is great. It's down the side of the station, and in fact that makes getting to the platforms a doddle, as the entrance is also in the same street, Via Nizza. The guy on the desk was pleasant and helpful. Late check-in wasn't a problem as he appears to be there all night. You can walk into the centre of town easily.

The hotel served our purpose - which was to have somewhere without frills and at a reasonable price to stay overnight before leaving Turin early by train.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The room was a bit small but quite and nice. Good connection to wifi! The bed was comfortable and the furniture was new.

The area of the central station is not the nicest (not the fault of the hotel of course) but it is convenient if you arrive by train or by bus from the Turin airport, the bus stop is 5 min walk away from the hotel. The heating was a bit not warm enough and we couldn't find the AC remote to warm up the room a bit. Maybe a small fridge in the room would be nice to have to put some snacks.

It is very close to the center of the city. So for walking this makes it very easy to explore and see new places. Besides this the staff was very helpful and friendly with questions and some tips where to go in the beautiful city of turino. The room was very good and clean, with okay beds and shower.

There weren't any complaints. Only the street near the hotel can be a little bad in the night with some homeless people and people who aren't too friendly. But if you walk across the road, all should be fine.

The property was continently located near the train station. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The price point was fabulous. The room was clean but dated which really doesn’t matter to us because we don’t spend much time in the room. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the front desk attendant brought our luggage up to our room because there are no elevators. Overall, it was a great visit to Turin.

The hotel was really good with a friendly staff. The breakfast was also great. The hotel was pretty close to the center, so you could get there by walking.

A small drawback was that it was a bit too close to the Railway Station and some groups (possibly drunk or drugged) were gathered next to it throughout the day, making some noise. I would also think twice before returning a bit late. It didn't feel very safe.
