The hotel is very good located very near the main train station, the centre and the Arriva bus stop used for easy travel to/from airport. Rooms are quite clean and are equipped with small refrigerators. Breakfast was good enough.

The rooms are noisy. You can hear, even late at night, people talking and walking around the hotel. Close to the hotel were dangerous people (probably migrants) who are extremely noisy especially at night, incite brawls (the police had to respond).

Great location 2 minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station and 5 minutes walk from the bars and shops of via Roma etc. Good price, friendly staff and easy check in. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

Room was a little basic and the bathroom a little dated. Certainly not below standard of many of the cheaper Italian hotels that I have stayed in however.

Breakfast. Location near the train station and near the city center close to everything I needed.

The lights inside the room I personally didn't like. The main light in the room wasn't working. The light by the bed was working properly but I did not like it how it was making the lights. I also didn't really like that room they gave me, especially afteR I looked at some other room in the same building which I wish they would've give me.

The hotel is located across from the train station which is truly a big plus but one should be very careful and access the hotel from the back street which is totally different and safer. The hotel is walking distance from the Egyptian museum, the center shopping area, etc. The owner, Anna was so kind and Friendly! Though I don't speak Italian but I was able to understand her. She offers a complimentary breakfast with good coffee. Also, she called a taxi for me, after I waited so long for Uber. I loved the room, it is big with simple furniture, and the bath room was almost the size of some French rooms. Lastly, it is a convenient and warm family hotel. I will stay there again , if I return to Torino.

The staff were extremely helpful. They provided me with a weighing scales to weigh my large travel bag for my flight... and they allowed me to store my large travel bag after I had Checked-Out until I collected it later in the afternoon.

The location is perfect for the city center, easy to reach the main shopping area and to the airport. The staff was fantastic - they let us in much earlier than their checking in time and even let us borrow their charger for the plug. The room had an A/C and a fridge. The shower was great with good water pressure.

There was no kettle in the room. Noise from the outside was audible. The plugs were not typical european

Very good location near the train station. Room was very quiet (I asked quiet room), bed was comfortable, bathroom clean.

Staff do not speak English, so if you want to ask something use translation on your phone.

Ideal position not far from the railway station and easy to find, nice room with balcony and breakfast included. Friendly couple running it but didn't speak any English, not a problem to us.

Great location, 1 minute away from the main train station and 5 minutes away from the city centre. Breakfast was good with croissants, bread, various sweets, coffee and juices. Room was clean.

Nothing to complain

Great location, walking distance to all of the main sites. Dated, but comfortable bed, room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Didn't speak much English, but tried really hard to communicate and were effective! Great value for money.
