The location is wonderful, right to the Porta Nuova Station and a number of tram and bus routes. The staff is nice.

Bad sound insulation. It was quite noisy and I had bad sleep during the nights. With my room viewing the street and the tram route, the source of noise was noise from the inside: I heard people walking and taking in the corridor, closing loudly their doors and even the flushing sounds from other rooms. I guess that the installation of soundproof doors might help change the situation. I also found the floor was sticky at some places so wet cleaning must be done more diligently.

Wonderful Hotel for a Perfect Stay in Turin! We stayed at Green Class Hotel Astoria and were absolutely delighted! This is a place where every detail is designed for the guests' comfort. Clean, cozy rooms with thoughtful design and all the necessary amenities, polite and attentive staff always ready to help, and an amazing breakfast with a rich and delicious selection—everything makes this hotel truly special. The location is also excellent: great transport links and proximity to the main attractions make it easy to explore the city. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality! Hotel Astoria is located within 3 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station, which was excellent for our morning train departure, as well as for accessing public transport to all parts of the city. There are many eating and drinking options nearby, including gluten free. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, particularly after we had made a booking error! And the breakfast was very generous, included good gluten free options, all for a very reasonable price. The hotel generally, and the room have a charming, old-world style without being ostentatious. The seamless green efforts were much appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria in Turin! My single room, though compact, was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to keep things organized. The entire hotel has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was warm and attentive, making the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a 4-5 minute walk from the train station and a short stroll to bus stops where Arriva buses run to and from the airport every 15 minutes. It made getting around incredibly easy. Hotel Astoria truly felt like a home away from home, and I hope to return again someday!

Thank you to the three wonderful female front desk concierges! They called a cab for me when I had a business meeting, directed me to the area for Flix bus called another cab so that I would get there on time and listen to my recap of why I was in Torino in the first place, the bird place of my friend in Arizona who at 98 is the last of the female partisans from World War II During her years as a member of the resistance in Torino. The hotel is across the street and to the left of the train station so the location was perfect for me to navigate as a solo female traveler my way. It was doable to walk from the hotel to , the center of town, to take a bus to exhibits and museums and shops and to return to a quiet comfortable room with a TV and a large bed. Hot water in the shower was welcoming at the end of a full day and the room was exceptionally quiet and the air conditioning worked so well. Breakfast included everything you’d want downstairs , and the charm of this hotel is that it has remnants of old world architecture with tiled floors, an elevator so that you don’t have to lug your suitcases up the stairs and Baroque columns in the entranceway. There’s also a little patio outside when the weather is cool enough and lovely enough to eat outdoors. The staff were so accommodating when I needed to add one more day to my stay, and the price of the rooms with breakfast was fair and reasonable. Linens were soft, cotton, and towels were changed daily.

Breakfast was fine, enough for the morning. Hotel located in convenient place near central train station from which you can reach parts of the city by tram or bus. City center is in 10 minute walking distance from hotel, plenty of food options around. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

If you are staying in the room for a long time, views from the window might disappoint you, especially on upper floors, you can't see street view. If you are only coming to hotel to sleep the night then it's not a huge issue.

I have stayed at this property before and it’s location is excellent for just jumping off the train straight into a hotel or catching the bus that runs frequently between the airport and the city centre

Maybe it’s just me, but the breakfast needs a full makeover it doesn’t do it. It’s almost boring cardboard flat uninterest. There are two people there clearing the tables and there is an awful coffee machine that should be thrown in the skip and they should be making peoples coffee and interacting with people, I think just chuck all the food away and start again it’s pretty shocking

Great location close to the train station and walking distance to good cafes and the sights of Turin, good sized room, air conditioning!!! Lovely staff on the front desk.

The shower set up in the bathroom is almost dangerous either way you need to navigate getting in and out with nothing to hold on to, the wifi was very intermittent and temperamental- that was annoying, our two beds pushed together came apart most nights and the hairdryer didn’t work.

My room was small but beautiful and very helpfully laid out and equipped. My floor to ceiling window overlooked the courtyard and I could see the sky. Beautiful view. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The neighborhood is amazing with everything you might need and lots to see and do. I was able to take the airport shuttle to just a two minute walk from the hotel.
