I highly recommend staying at Turin Palace Hotel. It is a 10 star hotel with exceptional customer service. The location is perfect, across the street from the Porto nova train station walking distance to Piazza Castello,Piazza San Carlos, Po River and city Center. I stayed at Turin Palace the week of FISM 2025. The staff were so polite, courteous, and so accommodating to my family needs, helping with the taxis, restaurant reservations, and directions to the historical sites, palaces and museums. I appreciated the smiling faces and happy greetings every morning from the hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, pastries, croissants, cheeses, eggs, sausage, prosciutto bacon, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee, and cappuccino - excellent. I felt welcome and comfortable at Turin Palace and would definitely return. It was the best hotel that I stayed at during my nine day visit in Italy.

The room was spacious and quiet (as I requested), the bathroom was wonderful, the water in the small refrigerator was free, the lighting was great, the location was across the street from the station and the underground parking garage. It was easy to walk to great restaurants and all major attractions in the city, except for the automobile museum, which was worth the visit. The breakfast was in a large, beautiful room and was fabulous, the most varied, ample, and delicious of our trip.

The room was bright and very spacious and had a large terrace. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous although on the final day we had to leave at 7am and only had access to a very basic breakfast. Spa was lovely. Roof terrace and bar was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no glasses in the bedroom just paper cups, despite having a complimentary minibar, which I found surprising. Our prebooked meal on the roof terrace was moved to a rather drab and unpopulated dining room as we were told rain was expected. It didn't rain. We cancelled the meal booking and had a nice bar meal on the terrace instead. Would have liked a fuller early breakfast.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The staff in all areas, from housekeeping to reception, to the breakfast service to the hotel lobby bar were all incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and all took pride in delivering outstanding service. Because we were booking the hotel in January, we wanted somewhere cozy, inviting, warm and comfortable. This hotel is truly all that and more. It's beautiful and elegant, and in a great location. It is literally across from one of the two main train stations and you'd never know it. We faced the station on the 5th floor and didn't hear the trams or traffic going by, ever. When we booked, our room was described as a "large double" but it turned out to be a king. Not sure if we were upgraded or that's how they describe a King but we were very pleasantly surprised. Best aperol spritz I've ever had was at the hotel lobby bar. Served with nuts, crackers and olives (free of charge) every evening. And the breakfast is included and was the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel, ever. From pastries to bacon and eggs, salmon, yogurt, meats, fresh fruit, cheeses, pancakes: it had it all. You won't be disappointed!

If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to open the spa in the morning for 3 hours as well as the evening. It was only open 5-9:00pm (or thereabouts) and you have to pre-book. The Spa is beautiful and definitely worth the $20 euros but the hours made it a a bit tricky to fit into our day.

Breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options all of excellent quality. The restaurant was also excellent. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There is a large public space with a bar area so you are not confined to your room. Good weather permitting, you can also sit in the roof garden and enjoy the jasmine blossom and fabulous views. The hotel is conveniently located at the side of the main station.

I asked for tea one morning instead of the usual excellent coffee. The obliging staff brought a pot of hot water and a tea bag. I put this down to cultural differences!!! Everything else was perfect

The staff are exceptional! Every single one of them. So helpful and always with a smile. We are well travelled and have stayed in some great hotels around the world but this is right up there and should be a 5 star. The decor is crisp and calming. The bed and bedding super comfie. We were fortunate to have a balcony and left the window doors ajar at night. You could hear the trains early in the morning but it didn’t bother us. If the doors were closed tight with AC on it would probably be quieter.

It’s a bit of a walk to the centre and there were a few dodgy people hanging about around the station. Not the hotels issue of course.

I travel extensively for work and stay at upscale hotels a lot, so when it came time to visit Turin with my daughter, I spent a long time researching a place to stay. Turin Palace Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and always so helpful. Our room was massive (we got the room with the balcony) and so comfortable. The breakfast selection every morning was expansive and delicious. I took advantage of the wellness spa and enjoyed 1.5 hours of hot tubs, saunas and cold plunges all to myself. The wellness spa is usually 20 euros for 1.5 hours but mine was complimentary with my room, however, I would've paid twice that to do it - so peaceful! The hotel is right across from the main train station so there was always a taxi just feet away which was so convenient. The rooftop terrace was "closed" for the season but you could still go up there and enjoy the view of the city and the Alps. I caught the sunrise every morning :) If you are looking for a perfect hotel for your visit to Turin, then don't hesitate in booking this wonderful little gem.

Comfortable and quiet room with amazing view, I'm finally have a good sleep! Friendly hotel workers who always glad to help you with any questions, incredible breakfast, high level restaurant and very good lounge bar. All was great! I'm sad that I have no time for spa, but I think it's good too, because in this hotel you can see professional service in each point. So it's first thing to do next time :) I stayed here around week, totally all was perfect and I'm so happy that I chose Turin Palace ❤️ Next time in Turin I'll be glad to stay in this incredible place again! Welcome / preparation of the arrival / Service / Food & Decor - where simply top and definitely exceeded my expectations. Windows are sound proof, you hear nothing of the nearby station - a mini walking distance away. Our Event (we visited 4 cities) was definitely by far the best at this property. The food was of high level, well presented and simply delicious

the only disappointing point: the SPA : upon arrival just before 8PM was said to be closed. I could have still gone for a quick steam bath to freshen up prior to closing at 9PM. A real pity as then on Monday and Tuesday it was closed, so couldn't enjoy it at all. A must try on the next visit.

Thanks a lot to the team, it’s super supportive and friendly. I have prepared the special “birthday quest” for my husband and the hotel was one of the point. Hotel team helped me to organize that so my husband was super excited about the experience. By the way, the entire hotel team is amazing - from door welcome to waiters at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, this is one of the most beautiful breakfast rooms I have ever seen in hotels, and variety of meals exceeded our expectations. Lobby bar also serve a great food, we couldn’t find any decent place to have a quick dinner before Juventus game, so we got it at the lobby and it was super delicious. We really enjoyed our short stay.
