-Location is perfekt ! Just in front of corner from the main station and few minutes walk to the entrance of the city center. Many buses, tram stops & metro station to go every sightseeing places. -Good breakfast. -The reception person was stresst and didn’t explain a lot at the beginning but he was kind in general and tried to help us. -Very clean, big bath room -big window with a nice small balcony

- parking space was very limited even there was written “on-site parking “. We were able to park only from the second day. If you travel by car, I recommend to reserve it in advance. - Shower was only cold water in the evening. - water was leaking from the air conditioning machine. - when you walk down south to the street (against the city center), there were some rough streets. It was not too bad (just like other European big cities) but better not to walk alone or with small kids later in the evening.

Pretty nice hotel. I don't know how other rooms look, but the room with the jacuzzi on the top floor was nice. Breakfast was okay. There was not much warm food to choose from, but the pancakes were great!

The room door was loose. It was making a big noise every time someone around would shut their door. This was annoying and disturbed our sleep. The location is pretty okay. It's convenient to walk around downtown by foot, but it's right beside the train station, which means there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. It wasn't too cozy to walk around them.

Family room was fantastic; two levels which the kids loved. It was clean and very comfortable. Umberto, who worked at the front desk, was extremely helpful. He recommended great restaurants and things to see and answered the many questions that my family and I had.

Location is very good to see sites; however, it is a little too close to the train station. I knew this prior to booking of course.

The staff at check-in was exceptionally friendly. He gave us some tips on how to get around Turin and was very helpful with any requests we had. We had the deluxe room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was huge, great and relaxing. The room was clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. We loved the interior and had a nice view on the trainstation from our room. The lamps had a strange design though. We thought it was dirty but after looking closely it was like this on purpose. The breakfast area was really quiet. There were only 2 other people eating at the same time we did and it was in primetime. Breakfast options are good. The pancakes were really delicious. The waiter at breakfast was really hard working and active. He did not speak english, but he tried his best. Location cant be better. Its right next to the trainstation Porta Nuova, when you take the eastern exit and its close to the centre. Everything is walkable.

There were some homeless people nearby the hotel. In the night i would not prefer walking here alone, however i never felt unsafe. The Jacuzzi tap was a bit in the way, when your lying in the tub with 2 people and the drainage of the water was slow. Also keep in mind that when you book the jacuzzi room, the shower has to be handheld when showering.

it has bathtub that becomes jacuzzi with a button. since the ceiling is high, it makes the room feel spacious. the bed is big and very comfortable. and the balcony is pretty enough to enjoy! also, the staffs are very warm, welcoming, and helpful. i always feel comfortable when i’m staying in this hotel. 10/10 gonna recommend it and stay here again when i go back to torino!

The staff is very friendly and polite. I liked that they will keep your luggage before you check in and after you've checked out so you don't have to carry it with you or find another place. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was great

I was on the first floor and there was noise coming from outside almost all night, from people yelling and talking very loudly. All the windows were closed but I could still hear everything. I would definitely go back, but I'd ask for a different room

A good location and an excellent spacious room. All the staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean.

The area near the station (a plus point) attracts some undesirable people in the area at night.

Perfect location , comfy beds , 24/7 reception. It was for a business trip so expectation was not too high. But in any case I was quite happy with the place.

Parking spot very limited , hotel has only a parking area (20 €/night) limited to 5-6 cars. So you need to be careful while booking here as it is a popular area finding a spot is not easy.

Very dog friendly, great with our greyhound, no extra cost. We had a bubble bath in the jacuzzi in our room. Really comfy bed, we slept like logs. Lovely wallpaper and decor. Room just like in the photos. Breakfast had a good selection, great coffee. Handy central location with really good restaurants within walking distance. Worth the €20 for the private parking as we left luggage in the car, particularly with no charge for the dog.

Every thing was well. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The person who was behind the desk ( male Person) was very very helpful . The room was according to our expectations and the breakfast was wonderful. Even the female person responsible for the breakfast was very helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

There is nothing to complain about from our point of view.
