Excellent staff. Highly professional, patient and helpful. I had heard some unflattering things about Italians before I traveled, especially how Italians look at people like me in general, and I was a bit anxious about how the whole "first time in Italy" experience would pan out. But the staff here quickly dispelled any preconceptions I had about Italy within minutes of meeting them. They were super nice to me throughout!

I happen to be quite sensitive to noise. I had a snoring neighbor next door who I could hear from my room throughout the night. I probably should have requested a more soundproof room but I hesitated. So that's on me.

Location is excellent for exploring the city and the Val di Susa. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Despite our room overlooking the street, we heard no noise from below. The air conditioning was excellent. We had asked for a room with a balcony and with two separate beds and that is exactly what we got.

Aside from pastries and bread, there were few breakfast options for vegetarians. Some websites said there was a bar/lounge at the hotel, but apparently there is not. The bathroom showed a little wear, but to be expected, I suppose.

Hotel Urbani Review I had a great stay at Hotel Urbani. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered plenty of choice — something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to the overall positive experience. The hotel itself felt safe and welcoming throughout my stay. The only downside was the surrounding area — some of the nearby streets felt a bit dodgy, with groups of men often gathered on street corners, which could be a little intimidating at times. However, once inside the hotel, it felt like a secure and comfortable haven. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Hotel Urbani and would happily stay again.

A fantastic location for exploring Turin’s sights! The hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and only a few minutes walk from Porta Nuova Metro Station, local buses and trams, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, there are great cafés and bars nearby. We opted for a smaller room, which suited us perfectly. The mattress was comfortably medium-firm, the newly renovated bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower, and the full-sized bath towels were a welcome touch - unlike the tiny "tea towel" sized ones some hotels provide! The room was quiet, and we loved being able to open the large windows for fresh air. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Turin!

The location is great, very close to centro and train station (although we didn’t use train). The room was not so spacey but comfortable enough. All of the staff we met were so kind. We didn’t have breakfast there but looked good. We’d like to try it surely next time.

Parking might be tricky. When we reserved the hotel, the parking in front of the hotel was full, so we had to go hotel contracted parking lot. Although we stopped the hotel to check its availability, we were told that the parking was full. After all, we had to find a space on the street. Probably we just had a bad luck.

This hotel says it is accessible, and it is -- it's completely step free, with a great elevator. The room was large and airy, and with working AC, the bathroom was well equipped, and there was a kettle. The beds were comfortable and the guy on the desk was great. It's a very easy walk from Porta Nuova station.

Honestly I don't have anything negative to say. The sockets by the bed were even right by the bed, which is a nice change. They kept our bags for us without any problem. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The room was small but well equipped and comfortable. There was a strange smell but the weather was nice so I just opened the window. Everything else was perfect. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, everything super clean. Very kind receptionists

It is quite strange but when I asked for an invoice I was informed that even though I paid through booking.com, the hotel did not receive money yet and I could not get my invoice. The reception promised to mail it, but it should not happen. I do not care about internal money transfer and I need to present an invoice at the company right after return.

the location was beyond fanastic!! couldnt have selected a better location. safe but mins walk away from the city centre. everything was around me and the value of money was incredible for the location i was in! i was spoilt for dining places every night. bed was comfortable and toilets were clean. Most importantly, the location. This is the only hotel I would book in again when I get to bergen. I was really fortunate this time around.

breakfast was same thing over and over again, no much variety. I also believe some dishes needed to be covered for hygiene purposes.

The hotel was very close to the station. The room was clean and comfortable with effective Aircon. We had an early start the second morning so we had a breakfast box to take with us and they called the taxi for us to get to the other station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A bottle of water would have been useful to have with our packed breakfast.

modern, clean and spacious with great bathroom and towels. staff friendly. had room overlooking the street. was to be able open window though Turin was super hot so aircon was essential. close to Porto Nuovo station. about 10-15 min walk to Egyptian museum and 5 more min walk to Royal Palace through gorgeous piazzas and arcades.
