We had a pleasant stay. The property has a more traditional charm, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent , directly across the road from the station which made things so easy with our luggage . It was also a straight forward walk into the city centre. Breakfast was fine , nothing fancy but plenty of choice to start the day . The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been better but overall a convenient and comfortable choice for a short stay with helpful staff and good location

3 bed appartment was so nice very clean and even had a steam room. It was such a large apartment more like a big house. I will definitely be coming back to stay. It was more like a 5 star hotel

Beds were slightly hard so did not sleep well! But that is not the hotels fault as I find it hard to sleep at any hotel. Breakfast was goidbut not many hot food vegetarian options. A lot of sweet selections

Our stay at Hotel Genova as a family of five was amazing! The hotel’s location was perfect, and centrally located making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They gave us great recommendations. The hotel’s amenities were perfect for families an we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hotel Genova to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Hotel is Genova is far grander than the price point suggests! Our room, for four, was a suite! Very spacious, with a enormous double shower bathroom! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free parking is available on the side road outside the hotel, although the staff suggested we park at the station, as there had been some break-ins, which we did (at €50!! 😢😢). The spa area looked nice, €30 for two hours access. The gym was mostly cardio, but empty. The big let down was breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement - so no daylight. We went at 9am and it was VERY busy, with little space to jostle to the food. It was all a bit lack lustre for such a lovely hotel. But ultimately, it did the job. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city, and has a decent selection of restaurants nearby.

We stayed in a huge, two-story beautifully decorated apartment (160 m2) with very comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private mini gym (with excercise bike). The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a wide selection of food and drink. Location is excellent, in the city centre, next to the railway station.

Air conditioning was very noisy during the nighttime, and we could not switch it off on the control panel located in the living room. However in the morning we found another panel upstaires and it appeared to be the easy solution :) So it was rather our overlooking than hotel fault.

Great location next to the railway station and walking distance to the main points of interest. Nice ambience, plentiful breakfast and polite staff. Comfortable bed and shower room. They let us leave bags before check-in and after check-out to fit in with our flights schedule. Plenty of cafes around.

On the first day our room was very cold because the cleaning staff left the window open, and it was January. We understand they only meant to air the room but we were out all day so it was open for a long time. Also could do with some blackout curtains as the outside night lights are quite bright. But it’s not a big problem, we enjoyed our stay.

For some reason I expected a tired 80s hotel. I was oh sooo wrong. Immediately I could feel how grand charming and clean this hotel was. And very elegant. Just my style of gorgeousness. Plus the location the bfast the sweet staff the impeccable cleanliness the price. Bravi tutti. And thankyou. I will be back for suuuure.

Just to be annoying i would say i didnt like the decor of the bfast room which compared to the elegance of the rest of the hotel it felt abit cold and bland. That said bfast itself was lovely including the attendants. And cheap as well!

The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the small lounge/bar in the front lobby and the breakfast was fantastic.

The decor was a bit quirky but that is what led to the charm of the place. Location was perfect for walkability, and being right across from the train station and public transit was perfect. Parking is limited, but we made it work!

The whole place was brilliant. I booked in here as the reviews were good and it is close to the train station. I had come to watch Manchester City play Juventus so flew into Milan arriving late. My room was superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful, a credit to Great Western. Coming to Turin again during the late summer and hope to stay again.

Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice. Staff was super nice and hotel opened until late which is awesome if you enjoy Turino by night. Very helpful with everything, nothing to complain about.

SPA was a bit expensive in our opinion, but is worse the price. We thought when we booked it was included in the price so it was a small disappointement, but still we enjoyed it,
