The hotel is very well located close to the Torino Porta Nuova station, and the facilities (bed, bathroom) etc. were nice. I also like the breakfast.

The hotel does not have an AC, which was a problem since I was there during one of the heatwaves. There was also a noisy night incident, where one guest was having an argument with someone from the reception in the corridor at 3am, while another seemingly drunk person was there. I had to get out of my room to tell them to shut up and even then the other guest wanted to tell me all about his life and me to take his side while the lady from the reception did not do anything to shut him up. I have no clue what the deal was, but for me it's unacceptable that the lady from the reception let the guy scream in the corridor at 3am without at least suggesting that they go to an office downstairs to argue. It's a pity because other than that I really liked the hotel.

The hotel is really good The location is perfect, it’s in the heart of Torino, near to practically everything, about 3 mins away from the main station Porta Nuova and it’s a walking distance to many attractions and sights. The staff is very nice and helpful, always present and provide what you ask for. The room are very clean. Overall I recommend this hotel ( it was my second time there)

The breakfast wasn’t varied enough. The bathroom is big but the shower is a bit small (I’m a tall guy 186)

Facilities exactly as advertised, clean and comfy. Old-school technology (metal keys that you leave at the reception, wooden shutters), but the interiors are new. Incredibly helpful and efficient staff.

Even with both shutters and drapes closed, the room was still quite bright. A thicker fabric might be warranted. Personally, I would also have preferred some more space in the shower cubicle and around the sink instead of a separate bidet (perhaps a "Japanese" toilet/bidet instead?).

Quite cozy rooms, though small. Cleaning every day. Air-conditioning included, no extra charge. Also tea and teapot were included in the room's price. Tasty breakfast of smorgasbord type for just 9 euro per breakfast. Very communicative and cheerful staff at the reception, always ready to help, answered all of my questions. Enjoyed my stay completely!

Opening top part of a first-floor window is kinda challenging. If you are of a small height, you have no chances.

Spotlessly clean and perfectly tidy! The room was very comfortable, with AC and all the little amenities that make a stay enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the train station. The staff were truly wonderful—always ready to help, unfailingly polite, and pleasantly discreet. Definitely a well-earned 10/10!

Not that it’s necessary, but I would only suggest adding a bit more variety to the breakfast. The quality was excellent either way.

First I would like to thank the lady receptionist she was really nice and helpful, she welcomed us with a big smile and was really helpful. She also gave us a small map and explained to us what should we visit and where we can go shopping. Secondly, the location is perfect as it's near the train station Porta Neuva and many bus stations too. The room is also great, it's modern and very clean, and the bed is comfortable too. We slept quite well as there was no noise too. I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely come back to here if I am in torino again.

The only negative thing I could say is there was no elevator, it wasn't a problem for me Cuz I could carry my luggage, but I'm just pointing it out for others to take that in consideration.

This small hotel is exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location—just a 10-minute walk to Via Roma and close to public transport. Our ground floor room (Room 9) was cozy, with a window to an internal yard. The area felt very safe, which was a big plus. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Turin!

We stayed for night sleep before our early flight, location is good if you need to get to Porta Nuova stazione. It is good that reception works all night.No elevator, but rooms are only on the next floor, not hard even with luggages. We have got very good recommendations from receptionist regarding dinner - offered really nice place with good price and quality balance. Room comfortable, usual for the hotel standarts.

Clean room with comfortable bed and balcony. Help and friendly staff. I loved the breakfast. Lovely variety of food with real honey on the comb, etc! Five minute walk to my school where I studied for a week. Hotel is next to a grocery store and near restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the more touristy parts of town, so I enjoyed staying here. I will definitely return the next time I come to Turin!
