The building is conveniently and centrally located. Rooms are clean, but they aren't made, we stayed 3 days and nobody did any cleaning, besides ourselves. Staff is correct with no additions. Don't expect too much from them as the desk isn't open 24/24. It feels more like an appartment than a hotel, and somehow that's nice. If you watch TV, you better speak Italian, as they don't show ANY international channels. All in all it's a good choice. A bit expensive for what you get, though.

Not cleaning, not breakfast, not TV channels in other languages than Italian. Downstairs in the alleyway, there's a restaurant which can be very noisy on weekends.

The apartment was well located within a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station. A beautiful big apt. And located on the 3rd floor. It was quite clean and comfortable. It also had 2 small balconies. Freindly staff and I would certainly recommend it to all.

Like all of the hotels and apt’s in Italy it would be nice to have access to some English speaking channels. Some places even have Netflix, and YouTube.

Great location,close to everything. Very clean, quite apparent in a nice building. Only one thing to be added : is good to have less transparent curtains in bathroom,to have a feeling of privacy. I would recommend the place.

Location was fantastic, very close to the downtown. They accommodated parking right next to the property. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equippled.

Clean, rooms are big, good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Few minutes walk to Porta Nuevo train station. Lots of places to eat. Highly recommend.

We were in Turin for a week, my friend booked the studio comfort and I booked the mezzanine mini apartment, which is not mini at all :) Both apartments were very comfy, spacious, super clean and well equipped. Even better in real than on the photos! Mezzanine unit: - Kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation, Nespresso machine, big fridge, large stove - Comfortable 3 seats sofa - Dining table fits 4 pax easily - Large balcony - Washing machine with cloth rack - Outside shutters on top of the blockout curtains for total dark in the morning - Very good linen quality It was a delight to stay here and I would definitely chose this option again if/when i come back to Turin (and I'm peaky!!)

- Stair case in the mezzanine room can be tricky for large people or with some mobility restriction (steap and narrow) - Shower cabin is quite small - Low ceiling on the mezzanine but i was up there just to sleep so not an issue for me

The space was fantastic and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The process for checking in after hours was easy and the communication from management prior to arrival was excellent.

No proper curtain on the bedroom window looking out on the street. We had to improvise with a blanket.

Location is terrific. You step out the door and you are in fabulous central Turin with everything in short walking distance. We had a car, and for a fee, they have secure courtyard parking that you need to reserve. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We followed their arrival and departure instructions by car and that worked well. Good place to stay that's quite comfortable. Bed very comfortable with kitchen and good wifi. We got there for physical check in before 4pm and got a full and helpful briefing on Turin with map from the staff. They have a self checkin option.

Not a complaint, but our apartments bed is via a tight staircase. We managed (we are in our 70s) but not for the mobility impaired. They have other options in the property.

I know this hotel well—I spent a month there in 2021, and had been there many times before and several times since. The location could not be better, right next to the train station in the heart of central Turin, so the whole city is easily accessible on foot. And it’s a lovely walking city, so that is important. The apartments themselves are WONDERFUL—spacious, sunny, immaculate, well furnished and kept up beautifully. The front desk staff and the cleaning team are unfailingly welcoming and pleasant. I really appreciate how thoughtful the owners were/are about furnishing exactly the right kitchen items so you can fix a meal in the kitchen—they supply the apartments with corkscrews, a chef’s knife, a bread knife, roasting pan, a colander for your pasta, pans, a dishwasher, etc. It’s not just the bare minimum—you can actually have fun cooking there, and with all the amazing places to pick up specialty groceries nearby, it’s a true pleasure to do so. All the little touches that make you feel at home have been prepared and readied for you when you arrive—it’s expertly hospitable and so comfortable. I visit Turin at least once a year and I always try to stay here if they have availability—it’s without question my favorite hotel in a city with many great hotel options. Highly recommend! :)
