Location is near to all attractions and amenities by walk. Check in was fast & efficient. Breakfast included was good with excellent staff. Coffee is made to order. Our room was upgraded and we have a mini apartment in the next building. Cosy beds and nice decor. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Overall, this hotel is recommended for any tourist who wish to have a short visit to Turin.

The parking area is quite tight and narrow. Need to be careful and costs €18 per day. Molds at bathroom ceiling is unhealthy and ugly for such a nice apartment. Shower door cannot close properly, so parts of the floor will be wet after shower.

The location of this hotel is excellent: right next to the central station, where, in addition to logistics, there is a large grocery and other shops. 24-hour pharmacy nearby the hotel. Turin's central square and main attractions can be reached in 10-30 minutes on foot. If you need public transport, all stops are nearby. I am a discerning traveller, I need a good location, a comfortable bed and a clean room, and here in Adalesia I have found that.

The hotel has left a generally good impression, but there are some things that may strike some people as shortcomings, so I will write them down. There is a tram which is quite loud outside the windows on the side of the street. Poor insulation in the rooms, so you might hear the neighbours' bathroom noises. There is very few electricity sockets in the rooms. The staff is very different from the staff: some of them are helpful, they understand half a sentence, others overcook their scrambled eggs, they speak poor English. The breakfast menu will remain unchanged, with no vegetables and only a few fruits. However, this did not bother me personally, as I was choosing a hotel based on location and price. And the location is absolutely perfect.

We had asked to book parking at 18 euro, then they said 25 euro, I was questioning the cost via message service and added car model and rego. Then their site was hacked and was asking me to click a link to supply a new credit card. I then got a message saying they were hacked and not to click links. I assumed because they were hacked and they had my info they would keep some parking aside. We turned up and no parking was set aside as I never gave my credit card details to pay in advance for parking. As it turns out there is free parking near by over night and on. Sundays so we only had to pay $10 Euro for parking across the street.

The location is great, close to everything we needed and the breakfast was really good as well with lots of variety! Also the parking slot was perfect! The room itself was ok and included everything that was needed. It's very useful aa a pass-through hotel when you need to stay there a few days. We mainly chose this hotel because of the private parking so it was ok.

The room and bathroom was a bit small. There was barely room in the shower to move and you could hear the neighbours as well. You can also hear street noises if you open the windows. The indications to get to the hotel were also a bit complicated. It would be better if the serivce was 24hs so that there is someone at the reception when you arrive at night.

Amazing comfortable place - station and center 5-10 mins. Was travelling alone with my 3 teenagers kids for a week, everybody safisfied. Very good price,was clean and quite. Super good that could have tasty breakfast every morning! Thank you so much! Grazie mille a tutti!!! Cosy surrounding and wonderful people working there.

Rare to say but we liked everything!

Close to station. Easy to walk to nearby sights.Good breakfast options. Pleasant helpful staff.Easy access when reception closed. Left luggage store. Good value place to sleep and have breakfast. Small supermarket and many restaurants close by. Try the Hot Pot and the Mexican.

Got a bit confused with room 1 being 101, so practice your Italian numbers. Busses outside noisy especially of course with window open. Noise from other guests rooms. Room on small size. Not a room with a view .`Sink did not have plug so nearly got object stuck down plug hole.

The room was quiet big to what I was expecting. You have everything you need even a kattle with tea. It was worm in the room although outside was freezing. Breakfast was delicias and abundan Staff were super friendly and let me eat earlier the day I had to leave. Very close to train station and centre, I was walking everywhere. Thanks a lot

Very good location. Just five minutes walk from Porta Nuova Train Station. Nice breakfast, nice, spacious and clean room. Perfect for families.

The air con have stopped working in our room, it was just blowing warm air and that's about it. There was a power cut in the hotel for like 20 minutes maybe, could be due to that. Reception was closed after 22:00 so we couldn't really report it but we did manage to survive the warm night without it (wasn't easy).

the location was excellent with short walk to centre of old town. it was especially convenient for the airport bus, local city transport and station. the breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable and clean. I liked the juliet balcony overlooking the street and although on a busy road the room was quiet once window was closed. good bathroom.

The hotel was in an excellent location for the reason for my trip visiting musems, chruches, etc. There are also some very good places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast was very good, the staff were really nice and helpful, and wifi was perfect. A special thank you for allowing me to check in early on my arrival, it was much appreciated.

The bathroom was very small and the shower just too small. The door of the shower did not stay closed and would open at the smallest touch. This was unavoidable as the shower was so small that even to turn around was an art in itself. This was the only reason for not being able to give the hotel 10/10.
