An ideal location when arriving by air or train. The bus stop from the airport is a short walk around the piazza and the train station is opposite. Excellent transport nearby to go to the car museum or Torino f c stadium. Our arrival was before the check-in time so we were able to leave our bags. When we returned, they had been placed in the room. The room was spacious with plenty of natural daylight and storage. There were several options for breakfast with friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely stay again.

Although we had tea/coffee making facilities in our room, there was no milk. (unless it was in the fridge and we didn't notice it) I am sure if we had requested some, it would have been ok. The staff at breakfast on our last morning were less attentive than before. Perhaps less experienced and much younger.

The hotel is perfectly located opposite Stazione Porta Nuova. Outside is the stop for the airport bus, the Metro, and local buses. During night the hotel is behind large closed wooden doors, and then you have to pass locked glass doors to come into a yard before entering the hotel. The hotel is fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff in the reception made us feel welcome and speak english too. Breakfast is really good and they had glutenfree products for me. The woman in the kitchen is so kind, and even though she doesn´t speak much english we managed to have nice conversations via translator. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to be back some day.

Elegant, spacy, quiet, very clean and cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast of high-quality food. Excellent and very quiet location. Great value for money.

To provide tea-maker is great. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use it in the room - the cord is too short, you have to move the kettle into the bathroom and balance it on the edge of the sink. We had some problems with the safe - it was our fault indeed - and ask the staff to fix it, but alas...

I’d like to extend my sincere compliments to the staff – every team member we encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. Their professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our experience.

There are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, especially during busy hours, and at times the food selection seemed limited. These issues appeared to be due to space constraints and high guest volume, rather than staff performance.

I found a gem in the center of historic Torino! Old world charm meets modern facilities. The bedroom was a standard size and had all that i needed for this stay. Wonderful and amicable staff with great customer service skills. Room and facilities were very clean. Glorious morning breakfast included a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, and cakes. Cafe lattes and capuchinos were a dream. Did I say the place was clean? Peeve of shops and historic sites within walking distance and that includes Puorta Nuova train station.

What's not to love? ! I would love to come back to this lovely boutique hotel.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and eager to be of service. The breakfast was far better than expected: quality of the food was very good and the room in which it was served was pleasant. I appreciated the cloth napkins! The twin beds that we requested were extra comfortable with very firm mattresses. The bathroom was well appointed and everything was very clean and new.

Everything about this hotel was very good except for the size of the room. It was adequate but one felt a little hemmed in. It was furnished in a very rational way so that despite the small size, there was enough storage space and everything that one needed, except for breathing space!

Perfect little hotel for a short stay in Turin. Very welcoming. Central location but totally quiet. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious with great showers. Even though all rooms are on the first floor, it has a lift. We chose it because it offers breakfast (a great one!) and is very near the train station, The attractions in the centre of town are all within walking distance. We would choose it again.

The location was really handy to the train station (2 mins) and an easy walk into the city centre. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious, the air con was great. I had the free breakfast buffet with my booking - lots of yummy pastries, muesli, fruit etc. The staff were lovely and the building was secure.

Very very minor, but the fridge in the room wasn't very cold and it did not chill my bottle of water.

The hotel is located about a block from the Turin Porta Nuova train station and the Metro line, and in the main shopping / historical area. The hotel is located in a historical building but has been completely renovated.

The room was very modern and clean but a bit small. Also, the window from our room was above the trash cans for the block. The room safe was tricky to use.

Location is very central and convenient. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly. Very clean, modern decor and a very nice hotel overall.

Hotel itself was very quiet but we were not warned about the major building works going on next door constantly making noise most of the day. It would have been nice to have been advised of this before staying.
