The Hotel, staff and service were excellent! The location was perfect and close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was expansive and catered for all breakfast needs. The Hotel is also very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous!

We were woken several times by other guests during our stay. The Hotel should remind guests to be mindful of noise when walking the corridor to the rooms in the early morning or late at night. The air conditioning was not available (late April) only heating and it was very hot during the period we stayed. The lack of cooling made sleeping uncomfortable, even with the windows open.

This is our favourite hotel in Europe. Every year we travel from West Wales to Italy by train for our holidays - and we always stop in Turin on route. The Sitea is exceptional in every respect!

The hotel was cold sometimes especially the bedrooms even with the air con off. Also I requested twin beds ahead of the visit as was with my dad. The hotel had agreed this and then forgot and tried to fob us off with a double for the first night until they could change the beds. In the end they offered us a second room which they should have done immediately as the one opposite our room was vacant. It was only offered for one night and they changed the beds to singles in the morning. It would have been nice if they had let us keep the two rooms to save me packing and moving again.

The concierge staff was exceptional, ready with recommendations and advice. Loved the old world look of the hotel and the American Bar in the lobby. The location is central with easy access to the sights and good restaurants. The room was a good size for a city hotel.

The room we were in needs a new mattress - there was a peak in the middle with valleys on either side. The AC controls didn't work and it was quite warm in the room and the street was too noisy to open the windows. The hairdryers need to be replaced with stronger newer units. The tubs are quite narrow and difficult to stand in to take a shower.

Good breakfast offering, very small tables (for two), sometimes waiting to be seated. We had a dinner in their Micheline * restaurant Carignano. Chef Davide Scabin is a very talented chef and we had a chance to have a coffee with him to discuss his philosophy on his creations. I recommend future guests to book and experience Carignano if they have chance.

Everything! Welcome - very good. Staff polite and very helpful. Room very good spacious and comfortable, Dinner in the Bistro - superb. Ambience - excellent, Breakfast - very good.

The only difficulties lay in arrival by car. Even with satnav it proved difficult to locate plus the telephone number of the hotel was answered by a computer and was not a direct line. Seeking help this way drew a complete blank.

Location was excellent - in historic centre and near a wide variety of shops. The service in the beautiful bar was wonderful - loved the snacks served with all drinks, each evening. Staff at reception, at breakfast and in the restaurant were always very friendly and helpful.

Having to step into the shower situated in a bath. Pillows were too soft. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is an old building located in the middle of the historical district. As an old hotel that has been exceptionally well maintained and renovated, it has a lot of charm and personality, way more than some of the more modern, sleeker luxury chain hotels. I often stayed in the common areas to relax and read, which I rarely do in other hotels. The hallways and rooms are well decorated with nice furniture and old paintings and lithograph prints. Lovely patio/garden area. Exceptional breakfast buffet and attentive staff.

Otherwise there is a public parking in the vicinity: check with the hotel. - Great location (within short walking distance to main attractions: Egyptian Museum / Real Museums / Palazzo Madama / Palazzo Carignano / Various Squares / Via Roma and so on.. - Located on a quiet street "ZTL" (Zona a Traffico Limitato) = mainly pedestrian street where only very few authorised cars can access. - Good in-house restaurants (one of which is a Michelin Star). - Even though we have not tried it, in-room breakfast is served till noon (10.30 if at the restaurant). - Extremely kind, helpful & efficient staff. - Would return when back in Torino.

The room, staff and location were excellent. Unfortunately, both dining options were fully-booked, however, breakfast was very good.

The pillows were too soft and there weren’t any alternatives and the shower drain was blocked so needed to be quick shower so water didn’t overflow. I did intend to mention the shower, but forgot to do so.
