This was the largest, most beautiful room I have stayed in when traveling to Italy. I am in love with Torino! The room was just gorgeous with high ceilings, large front windows, a separate closet room and spacious bathroom and shower. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and left me some nice gifts in my room. The hotel was close to the train station and accessing the building was very easy. It was also a quiet street. It was a lovely stay and I can't wait to come back.

Great location in the centre of Torino, extremely close to the Piazza San Carlo and the main shopping areas. Not sure the location could be any more convenient. Very attractive period building. Parking conveniently located a few minutes away. Very friendly host. Spacious and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is slightly dark, but I guess this is to be expected given the location with tall buildings the other side of the road.

An outstanding modern conversion of a fine old building. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - quiet, despite being in the middle of the historic centre. Our room looked over a small park. There are countless restaurants and cafés in the immediate neighbourhood.

I can’t think of anything that could be improved. OK, maybe it would be good if it was cheaper, but considering the size and quality of our suite, the price was reasonable.

It was a charming property in a great location. I thought I had booked twin beds but the second bed was on a mezzanine and was a sofa bed. Not sure if this was my mistake or theirs. But it was comfortable

An early departure and no facility to leave the keys? No drop box? When I queried I was told reception opened at 9am. No good for an early flight.

Stylish apartment in a charming old building in a central location. Parking on-site (paid). We had a balcony with a lovely view over gardens and it was very quiet. It was quite chilly when we arrived but the apartment was lovely and warm. Excellent communication with very helpful staff to coordinate our arrival and key handover and lots of useful information received, including on restaurants and other facilities close by. The apartment was cleaned daily which was appreciated.

Good value. Spacious, well equipped. I could live there. Good location in the heart of central Torino. The staff, particularly Anna, was about the finest I’ve experienced traveling. Twice the space and 2/3 the price of a nice hotel. Well equipped kitchen. Loved having a washing machine and heated towel rack to catch up on laundry.

Not much- I’d come back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and places to visit. Room was spacious, with beautiful views, bed was comfortable with extra space to work and spend time in the room, contemplating the view.

Amazingly nice apartment in a really good location. Most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had a room next to the street but it was very little noise. Friendly staff helped us when we had issues with our flight and arrived late.

No complaints!

I loved it was part of a beautiful palazzo with grand entrance, and restoration and conversion to the highest quality. the mix of Baroque and contemporary. It was a bonus to have access to an impressive living in addition to the suite, and wrap around courtyard balcony with views to a garden. The daily cleaning staff were so attentive. It was a top star hotel but better in being more personal and intimate. I looked forward to returning to it each day.

Honestly, and this is rare for me, nothing i didn't like

It was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had character, was beautiful and comfortable and all of the staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to walk and bike everywhere. It made our time in Turino stress free and extra memorable.
