The property is located in a great location close to centre of Turin and within easy walking distance of most of the sights. Communication with the owner was excellent and provided for a seamless and easy check-in. The suites (Royal and X Petite) are very comfortable and well appointed with excellent wifi. The complex concierge kindly looked after our luggage after check-out.

Seamless self-check in, great location, comfortable room and facilities including use of a small shared kitchen, and great air-conditioning which was really important as we were stopping during a heat-wave and needed a cool place to sleep at night. With the shutters closed the room is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The small free breakfast provided on arrival was also a thoughtful touch.

Central location, elegant building with outlook over gardens, high state of cleanliness, welcome and thorough briefing arrangements, quiet and well appointed.

This is an excellent apartment with two separate ensuite bedrooms and a common cooking, dining and living area. This is not a problem, indeed it might be ideal for four people travelling together. Some may find it more difficult were they to be staying there with others they do not know.

The room that you get is inside the flat where is another room for other customers, so you have shared kitchen and shared dining room and only have a private bedroom. So there is 2 separate rooms and both can be booked by different customers, so the privacy is not high. Inside the room the privacy for bathroom is not well too, because there is no sound proof, just glass door and glass wall with curtains.

The location, the design, the comfort, it was very special and authentic. It was easy to reach and we were serviced at the same time than independent.

The owner tried to make us pay 20€ extra for cleaning in cash although the price paid included fees and taxes already. The instructions for arrival could be a tiny bit better explained.

The location is unbeatable: everything you want to see is in easy walking distance, one block from Piazza San Carlo--but the street is peaceful, pedestrian, and there is a park right outside the bedroom window. After 10:30 pm at night you think you're in the country...crickets sing and birds wake you up in the morning. Signora Allegra is very helpful and has lots of useful tips on where to go and where to eat. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

No problem for us, but before reserving, it's good to know two things: the name "suite" is possibly misleading, in that you have a nice room that adjoins a sitting room/kitchen that is shared with another room. We never saw or heard the occupants of the other room, though it was occupied. Second: daily room service is available, but you need to pay extra, it's not included.

This apartment is a gem of Turin. It had a traditional Italian exterior with a stylish modern interior, and everything we needed to have a good stay. Our host met us upon arrival and was amazing friendly and informative greeting with exceptional recommendations for dinning. Please listen and try them they were lovely.

The location was easy walking distance for the Egyptian museum and the Mole. The location is well kept and the kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee. I appreciated the half litre milk.

Everything was as good as described and shown in the pictures. So I liked it .

nothing really.. it was really goodm just a remark the door key need to be lubricated a bit...

We stayed in the cosy suites, and it did not disappoint, the suite was over 2 floors, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities and very clean and well located. The balcony was an extra bonus, it was brilliant having a coffee or glass of wine with some nibbles. The host was very helpful also!

At time it could be noisy, but had minimal impact on our trip, we had the best time!
