Adored having a second shower. It was completely unexpected. At first I thought it was silly. Then getting ready for a fancy night out, it was so much fun to get to prep at the same time my husband did and then surprise each other in our final outfits. While that’s silly the best thing about the property is serious. Because of the construction this hotel is silent at night and it’s in the heart of the city center. So sleeping was a pleasure. It was clean and the staff (thank you) was very kind to us.

What a fantastic apartment definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean but it was all the little extra touches a little kit for washing up, coffee pods for the machine and really good quality hairdryers that took it the extra mile. The courtyard outside is a stunning and walking in through the huge wooden doors was a joy. It is ideally placed for walking to all the main attractions with loads of shops restaurants and bars within easy reach. We would definitely stay again.

We can't think of anything maybe a couple of extra bin bags but I'm really reaching for anything, it was lovely.

A great location close to the city Centre, attractive building and a spacious unit. Staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly Miriam. Aircon worked extremely well, as it was hot in late June in Turin.

Perhaps a few plain black tea bags and a small milk for coffee/tea. Would have liked a tea towel, maybe a broom etc as we were there for 4 nights and no housekeeping for that time. Overall though a great property.

A brilliant hotel - beautifully designed. We were upgraded to a larger room with the couch made up as the second queen sized bed. We both had bathrooms. The staff were very responsive. It felt very secure and calm. Around the corner from beautiful square with great bars and restaurants and lots of uni students but also very close to the centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely little personal hotel very conveniently located about 3 blocks from all the action. The location was quiet and our room overlooked a beautiful little courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us some good suggestions for meals etc. We only had 2 nights here but really enjoyed the hotel - small, friendly and personable. We'll definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect location, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Very sterile. No color anywhere in the lobby or in the apartment. A little color would warm up the place. No sound absorbing materials anywhere either so there were echos when we spoke in the lobby and in the apartment. No place to hang a coat or jacket when entering the apartment.

The rooms were very modern and clean, spacious, well appointed and equipped. Both parties loved their rooms. We had the only room with a terrace, but due to the rain we only used it once. The staff were so nice and helpful, provided advice, recommendations and helped with bookings. Would absolutely recommend this place. Am looking forward to visiting their property in Sorrento sooner rather than later. They had a couple of apartments in the Mussolini tower, you should check them out too.

A tea towel and drying rack would be helpful. The WiFi was not secure, so we did not use it. The 4G coverage was excellent though.

We liked the location of the hotel, very close to the main museums ,yet in a calm and quiet neighborhood,overlooking a charming courtyard. The apartment was clean ,spacious,modern and comfortable. Both the rooms had attached bathrooms with a shower which we really prefer. Both the rooms had a full length mirror each and the light switches next to the bed. The lady at the reception was polite and friendly and helpful.

Everything was as advertised and shown in the pictures so there were no nasty surprises, still just a few small things as some of these are often a given and so overlooked; It would be nice to have a small work desk in the room; the master bedroom is big enough to have one. We had to take a few work calls from the bed. Since there is no dishwasher, it was an added task,plus there was no tea towel to dry the dishes (we couldn't find any). Also, it was not very comfortable to watch TV sitting at the dining table,besides all the 9 channels were in italian, which did not help as we did have to stay in for longer than planned as it was raining outside.

Wonderful location, very close to everything. We got an upgrade to a larger apartment with two well appointed bathrooms and a completely appointed kitchen. The reception ladies were all very nice.

Some electrical outlets did not work. A carpet would make the room much cozier.

It’s a very beautiful and spacious apartment in a grand old building! High ceilings and beautiful decors and very welcoming front desk staff. Cannot ask for a better place when you are in Turin! Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Torino.
