I loved this hotel! From my entry to exit everything was perfect - we had a lovely, warm welcome by 2 young lads! The rooms was large and spacious with free water and plenty of coffee. The location was wonderful - walking distance to the river Po and also to some great sites. It felt very safe and though in the centre it was very quiet. The metro was about 15mins walk so not bad. Taxi to airport is €40 ish. Breakfast was delicious! And the breakfast room is are beautifully decorated with little cute touches - take a look at the wall lamps 😊

Nothing!

This hotel is in a very good location, close to the Po River and the Piazza Vittorio Veneto. It is on the edge of the historic centre but in a pleasant quieter area, with the true city centre and several tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It was a nice touch that the pod coffee machine had excellent local Turin coffee. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby and staff were helpful with making bookings.

There is no 'bar' as advertised on booking.com but rather only a limited drink and snack service to your room or either of two common areas (breakfast room, courtyard), and this service only operates till 730/800pm - in Italy!! This arrangement isn't well suited to most travellers. In my room there was no central lighting and limited lighting for reading at night.

The hotel offers a serene and peaceful location, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and unwinding. The rooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy furnishings and thoughtful amenities that ensure a restful stay. Additionally, the on-site breakfast is a delightful experience, with a variety of options to suit all tastes, from freshly baked goods to seasonal fruits and hot dishes.

Rooms with very high temperatures at night due to a central system that, every time we lowered the temperature, automatically increased it again. Additionally, some guests were extremely disruptive during breakfast, and the hotel staff did little to address the situation. A breakfast setting should be calm and respectful toward other guests, but these individuals behaved as though they were in their own kitchen—loud, inconsiderate, and without any sense of norms or values. Tourists, unfortunately, exhibiting terrible behavior.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Always willing to help, for e.g. if you needed to find a place or call/email for a taxi. They were extremely polite and always paid extra attention to detail, for e.g, making sure the room had clean sheets, towels, etc.. The space in the room was incredible and also came with a nice sized balcony that you could sit out on. Thr little things were done so right like having a spacious and powerful shower, extra snacks and drinks in the room for you to consume, space for clothes and luggage storage. Also the shower, toilet and sink were all separated (different area/room or area/room adjacent) which is particularly quite handy especially if you are in a relationship and getting ready.

Nothing to dislike!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Turin and found it to be a good choice for our family of three. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing plenty of space for all of us to relax after exploring the city. The central location was a major plus, making it easy to access Turin’s historic sites and scenic landmarks. While the hotel didn’t offer any standout luxury touches, it provided everything we needed for a convenient and pleasant stay. It’s a great option for families looking for a practical base to explore this beautiful city.

Lovely palazzo and location.

Lovely room and bathroom but a little bit too empty. I had to ask for bathrobe and slippers, which come with the room. The room could have used a bit of ‘softening up’: ie: the walls were totally void and could have used a beautiful black and white architectural print of a Turin monument etc. The room was lacking in sensuous soft furnishing though the bed and pillows were comfortable. The spare aesthetic went too far in terms of comfort.

Hotel and room were very clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Well located in a nice area with lots of residential buildings and shops. Many good and even high end restaurants Located nearby, lots of cafes within a few minutes walking distance. Tram located a few minutes away and Porta Nuova train station or subway station is only a 10 minute walk. Po River is a 3 minute walk. Turin is a walkable city, most points of interest, shopping, busiest piazzas are all within a 15 to 20 minute pleasant walk from the hotel.

Location and breakfast was perfect.

Thought it a bit penny pinching charging for each extra coffee pod for the room's coffee machine. Small point - but still....

Lovely property that has been modernized with style. The room was pretty spacious and the amenities were high quality.

I would like more savory options for breakfast, especially for vegetarians/pescatarians. The yogurt and the large breadsticks were delicious. And it was good that hard-boiled egg and breads were available. But, we felt that there were too many sweets. Some smoked salmon would be nice for non- meat eaters. But it was completely enough so i can’t complain.

Stylish and contemporary decor in public areas, with impressive reception and courtyard area. Rooms are equally as impressive with an understated elegance. Reception staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Temperamental controls for AC (couldn't get to work) and things like heated towel rack. This meant that we had to keep the window open to contol the air temperature more than we would have liked. Rooms would benefit from inclusion of ironing facilities, as we we were unable to iron clothes one night due to the ironing board already being used by another guest.
