We did not get a room, but an apartment. Big living room and bedroom with a kitchenette, high ceilings, air conditioning in both rooms, typical Italian balcony. The bed was big and the pillows comfortable. Central location, in and old building, so beware you might use the stairs since the elevator did not work for us. The breakfast was nice, good coffee with savory and sweet treats.

The parking spots are for a Fiat 500, it was almost impossible to park there since there was no space at all to maneuver the car. They also have a notice that they are not held responsible to damages to the car since the parking spots are within regulations. Although I liked the shower amenities they give you, the shower itself need a thorough cleaning and/or to be regrouted; the rest of the bathroom was really clean.

Super convenient location and a short walk from where we needed to be. Incredibly clean and the rooms were a nice size, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was simple but perfect.. just what we needed for a short stay.

Our room was on the main road and the trams went until nearly 1am and started again at 5am, plus traffic and people coming out of a nearby bar. We had a terrible night's sleep. I understand it's a city hotel but maybe better insulation from the outside noise is possible, like double or secondary glazing. At the very least, ear plugs could be provided in the basic amenities.

A value for money hotel in the centre of Torino near to Po river. Small comfortable and functional room with en-suite facilities. A welcoming place and a descent breakfast to kick start your day.

Challenging parking. If you dont want to give an extra cost for using a parking then you should prepare for some parking spot hunting game. Torino is a big city and apart the visitors actual residents reside there :o) So you can imagine what you should expect.....

Very happy with the service: I booked a double-room partly for single usage, partly for double usage, which was no problem. We also arrived late at night, after the normal reception times. But the people were very helpful in finding a solution. Other than that: Big room, more apartment-like actually. Great location for exploring the city center. Freshly made coffee for breakfast.

The room had only two plugs I could use with my German devices, and my universal adapter didn't fit with the others. Take care to prepare for Italian plugs...

The location is excellent, close to everything. The hotel is very pleasing, from the rooms, to the state of everything (carpets, curtains, cleanliness, etc), and it feels cozy and relaxing. The breakfast, very good.

The wifi sometimes was a little weak on our bedroom, and there was no mini fridge, that would've made the room perfect.

It is a classic hotel. If you are into nostalgia, go for it. The building is located in the heart of the historic criteria of Turin, and it belonged almost 200 years ago. As the receptionist explained, the lift inside the building is one of the first lift was built and the cabin is still in place. It was amazing. The location is great, near the centro. Staff are doing well and are really friendly 🙂 it is firmly clean.

If the lift does not work, take the stairs

A gorgeous old building in the heart of the city, a stones throw from the river and many of Turin’s famous squares. There is a secure car Park inside the hotel and from there a fabulous rickety old lift takes you to the third floor reception where helpful staff were pleased to welcome us. Our apartment was huge, light and airy with domed ceilings and original double doors and balconies. The bathroom is big and it was all spotlessly clean, the shower fittings are all brand-new. The included breakfast was good with a generous selection of pastries meats and drinks.

It is a very old hotel and customers (not us) used to modern luxury hotels might find it not to their taste. Some of the decor is a bit 1970’s in places - But if you like absorbing the atmosphere of the city you are visiting - you can’t do better than this.

- Location - Cleanliness - The toothbrushes :) - Workers, especially the lady in the breakfast. She is doing a great job. - Good value for the money.

- Just the tram. It makes too much noise in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was great. - I would not recommend having breakfast there if you have to pay it extra. For 10e per person you will find a better one in the town.

Great location, clean, good value for money.

A bit tricky to find for foreigners as the mention that the reception is on the 3rd floor is only in Italian. A bit noisy, but that is expected as the hotel is in the heart of Turin.

The hotel is in a great location near the river and it is ideally situated to see all of the major sites within Torino. The breakfast was good with a choice of cereal , pastries , bread , rolls , coffee and tea (you can even even have herbal teas ) . The staff are very friendly and helped with any enquiries we had and even booked us a cab for our return trip to the Airport. The room was nice and of a good size with a queen size bed , tv and bathroom which has a hairdryer .

This ismore of an improvement than what I did not like . It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room for tea/coffee making facilities , however the hotel is very near many places that sell coffee and tea .
