good selection of food for breakfast. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town and desk staff were always helpful to answer any questions.

We had to change rooms because the air conditioning in the first room was not very powerful. However, when we asked staff to change rooms, they were very responsive and we were able to change rooms with more powerful air conditioning without any issues

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was right in the heart of everything. The bed made for a good sleep. The shower was absolutely the best!! I would definitely stay here again.

We purposely sought out a hotel with an elevator. Unfortunately, it was out of order during our stay. The staff were kind enough to carry our luggage upstairs for us on arrival. I would have given this hotel a 10 if the elevator had been working.

Hotel Amadeus is excellent value for money and in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from the main square and major sights of Turin. Our room had a large, comfy bed with crisp, white sheets, a powerful shower with plenty of hot water, a room safe and air conditioning. A self service breakfast was also included in the very reasonable room rate. From letting us check in to the rooms that were ready when we arrived before check in time to doing their best to find us rooms when our return flight was cancelled, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The decor is dated, but you are there to see Turin not sit in your room and , given the excellent value and location, this is not an issue.

Great location, central, near the biggest square in Europe?! Very good reception and room staff, helpful in every way, and with a smile! Great air conditioning, when warm outside, perfect.

Courtyard is not really worth mentioning, a closed space with tall buildings overlooking, no space to access this, and quite functional, not recreational. No need to even mention, as rest of experience/ hotel is great.

The hotel is located in the center, from where the city's main tourist attractions and transport can be easily reached. A relatively good breakfast is offered. The price was one of the lowest at the time I chose.

The hotel is narrow and shows signs of wear and tear in many places. In the bathroom, the shower door did not function properly. The placement of electrical contacts was inconvenient.

"We traveled as a group of three and were given a two-story room with two bathrooms. The size of the room exceeded our expectations. The hotel is not new, but everything is tidy and clean. There are great places to eat nearby, and the historical sights in the center of Turin are easily accessible on foot. Very good value for money, and excellent breakfast."

It's all about the location. I really liked that. What I did not like was that the staff was under a huge load of stress at breakfast time as all people came at the same time to the "breakfast room", but they handled that at the best they could. Props to them, as some of the other guests were... Not nice about it, to say the least.

The elevator is a small one, and the shower was pretty small as well. I had no space to place a big luggage in my room - But this is Italy, so everything is pretty clean despite the small spaces. You get what you pat for.

The location is close to the Mole Antonelliana. Though if you are arriving by train it will take about 20 minutes through busy streets to get to the hotel. Once there, we found the hotel very good. The breakfast was amazing for a three star (continental style) with coffee/tea served at your table. Nicely appointed room, though even in March the room was too warm (we hadn't turned the heating on and A/C appears not to work outside of the summer season). So we had to leave the window open all night and as it's on a busy road there was quite a lot of street/traffic noise. A decent size bathroom which was well appointed.

The staff were really great, so helpful, friendly and polite. They lent me a travel plug when I had the wrong type (Italy has two different types of plug). The breakfast was really good, a lot of choice and very filling. The hotel is in a great central location, only 8 mins from the Egyptian museum and very close to the historic part of the city. Lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Mini fridge in the room was great to keep some groceries.

I was comfortable but I think that the room could do with a bit of a makeover.

the loft room was a bit claustrophobic, i did not know i would get one of those, but for one night it was ok. Much better then one would expect, as decor and clenliness, as said by other guests, completely agree. But i would avoid the rooms on the fifth fllor!

the modems by the entrance door, the noise from the lift, the lack of windows (only roof bays) - i like to look out, so i would suggest the reception advises if one of those is assigned.
