Huge space inside. Spotless clean. With a really nice kitchen space with a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. The location is dreamy. Just on the beautiful San Carlo square close to the shops, cafes and other touristy attractions. Also the apartment is super quiet so it’s perfect for a good sleep.

The apartment was extremely cold. It was an exceptionally cold week in Turin and I was informed by the staff that the Council had stopped central heating for that building from April so there wasn’t a way to make the heaters work. There was a air conditioner inside that will push warm air out but as the apartment is extremely big the air only reached part of it. The bedroom in particular was extremely cold. I would suggest the staff to provide customers with electric heaters.

The apartment was incredible! Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great WiFi, well equipped kitchen, high spec bathroom and an amazing view out of the window of the piazza San Carlo. The location is central and within a 15min walk of most top attractions and there are many fabulous restaurants and gelaterias near by. If you want to travel a little further then there is the superga basilica and also the Sacre Di San Michele. They both have lots of history and breath taking views of the city. The staff were polite, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I've travelled to most cities in Italy and Turin is up there with the best and would highly recommend this apartment if you wish to visit. Thank you!

The stay was amazing. I haven't thought that we would receive such a good service and would have such a wonderful time. Ladies at the reception were flawless, caring, providing us with all the information. Our room was very clean, with amazing mattrasses and very good pillows.My back was grateful too:) I celebrated my birthday and received a very nice surprise:) The location itself was perfect, that's why I had chosen it. We arrived by bus from the airport. The walk to the apartment hotel is very short.There are nice cafes, shops selling cheese or ice-cream in the square:) other attractions, such as the Royal palace (the msueum) or the museum of Egypt is very close. Usually, for drinking tea I prefer to boil water in the kettle, but it was ok.it was possible to have hot water using the coffee machine (we were offered a wide variety of coffee every day.Also a huge plus:) Some rooms of the apartment face the inner yard, however it was also not a problem, because as soon as you step out of the apartment, you are in one of the most beautiful squares in Turin.

The location is fantastic (hearth of Turin downtown) The studio is roomy, with a kitchenette, and the furniture is very nice. The studio has plenty of light. You can also get the breakfast in the room from the Stratta pastry shop (this is a very renowned Turin pastry shop) Very competitive price.

The shower could have been roomier, and some lights could have been put near the bath glass.

Amazing! What a location. Our apartment overlooked Piazza San Carlo the most beautiful square and so central. The rooms are beautifully and stylishly decorated and very clean. Beds are comfy. The apartment had a little kitchen with a microwave, a two ringed hob, a fridge and a small freezer as well as a coffee machine. Apartment was well designed and had everything we needed. Staff were exceptional and met us with the key and could not do enough for us. They explained where to go in the city, and provided us with details of where was good to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation was outstanding, combining a prime location with exceptional service. Situated close to key attractions, it was both convenient and scenic. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The location was perfect - the kitchenette was convenient (although not very useful on a short stay maybe) and free coffee and tea provided. The bathroom was clean and the amenities provided lovely - The location is fantastic with all key tourist attractions and bars/restaurants all around it.

Maybe just a more comfortable chair to sit on - the room was well equipped but the chairs round the table were not the most comfortable after a long day sightseeing but everything else was lovely.

Great location; easy to find on the most popular square in Torino. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice in room coffee selection. The sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. Walk from here to much of the centro storico. Not far to market for groceries, etc. Walk from train station or quick taxi to apartment.

The property was in an excellent location with convenient parking. Elena the concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. The suite was delightful: quiet, cool, clean and well-equipped. The Lavazza coffee pods were very welcome and there is a nearby Lidl where we bought some milk for our morning cafe latte.

There are some flights of stairs to climb from the car park and then a small flight inside the building to get to the lift - I wished I had a lighter suitcase. The car park was very full when we arrived in the afternoon and the spaces are quite small with many pillars…I will say no more! :) Note: The buzzer for the Suites is on a brass panel of several buzzers for the building - there is no other indication that the suites are there.
