New apartment, very good-looking and comfortable, close to everything!

Old elevator, a few stairs still needed with our bags

Huge space inside. Spotless clean. With a really nice kitchen space with a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. The location is dreamy. Just on the beautiful San Carlo square close to the shops, cafes and other touristy attractions. Also the apartment is super quiet so it’s perfect for a good sleep.

The apartment was extremely cold. It was an exceptionally cold week in Turin and I was informed by the staff that the Council had stopped central heating for that building from April so there wasn’t a way to make the heaters work. There was a air conditioner inside that will push warm air out but as the apartment is extremely big the air only reached part of it. The bedroom in particular was extremely cold. I would suggest the staff to provide customers with electric heaters.

The suite with a kitchen was very large and had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard. Being right in the Piazza San Carlo was the perfect location. The hotel is on the 4th floor and the staff was wonderful, including g contacts befire and during my stay.

In Europe, you have the frequent experience of having to negotiate stairs to access the elevator. This was a minor inconvenience.

The location right on Piazza San Carlo cannot be better. The windows are well insulated so there is not much noise. It's especially quiet at night. The room is on the fourth floor and has dormer windows and a skylight. You climb up two steps to get a view of the square.

Lots of travelers like that modern grey and chrome look. I prefer something more homey and old fashioned, but that's just me.

The apartment was incredible! Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great WiFi, well equipped kitchen, high spec bathroom and an amazing view out of the window of the piazza San Carlo. The location is central and within a 15min walk of most top attractions and there are many fabulous restaurants and gelaterias near by. If you want to travel a little further then there is the superga basilica and also the Sacre Di San Michele. They both have lots of history and breath taking views of the city. The staff were polite, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I've travelled to most cities in Italy and Turin is up there with the best and would highly recommend this apartment if you wish to visit. Thank you!

We had a large room overlooking the piazza, a wonderful view at night. The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of space if you needed to self cater. A bonus was a lift and air conditioning.

The location is fantastic (hearth of Turin downtown) The studio is roomy, with a kitchenette, and the furniture is very nice. The studio has plenty of light. You can also get the breakfast in the room from the Stratta pastry shop (this is a very renowned Turin pastry shop) Very competitive price.

The shower could have been roomier, and some lights could have been put near the bath glass.

The stay was amazing. I haven't thought that we would receive such a good service and would have such a wonderful time. Ladies at the reception were flawless, caring, providing us with all the information. Our room was very clean, with amazing mattrasses and very good pillows.My back was grateful too:) I celebrated my birthday and received a very nice surprise:) The location itself was perfect, that's why I had chosen it. We arrived by bus from the airport. The walk to the apartment hotel is very short.There are nice cafes, shops selling cheese or ice-cream in the square:) other attractions, such as the Royal palace (the msueum) or the museum of Egypt is very close. Usually, for drinking tea I prefer to boil water in the kettle, but it was ok.it was possible to have hot water using the coffee machine (we were offered a wide variety of coffee every day.Also a huge plus:) Some rooms of the apartment face the inner yard, however it was also not a problem, because as soon as you step out of the apartment, you are in one of the most beautiful squares in Turin.

The accommodation was outstanding, combining a prime location with exceptional service. Situated close to key attractions, it was both convenient and scenic. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The location was perfect - very central and easy to get around. The staff were exceptionally warm and engaging. It felt like home away from home. Loved it!
