The Hotel had free, secure on-site parking. There was a supermarket right next door. A nice breakfast could be bought at the Hotel. There is a variety of shared spaces within the hotel to relax.

Although there was air-conditioning in the room, it kept turning off after a short time. It did not run all night or when the key card was not in its slot. The hallways and shared spaces were not air-conditioned. Our stay was very hot due to a heatwave, so having unreliable air-conditioning definately affected the comfort of our stay. While there is an on-site restaurent, it only operates on certain evenings. The walk to a restaurent is at least 2 kms away. Many restaurents in the area were closed on Sundays as was the Hotel restaurent.

The interior of the hotel is really nice, and all the facilities were perfect. The grocery store is just down the hotel and some rooms offer balconies. Free filtered drinkable water without any limit.

The breakfast could have been better. If you come in the middle of breakfast time or later, there is a big chance that you will find just some croissants and that's it. They offer scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon and pancakes, as warm dishes but if that finishes they are really slow to supplement more. However, we didn't stay hungry during our stay there, and always found something to eat for breakfast.

The reception staff just like the hotel it’s self, where immaculately presented. After a hard drive I was tired and my head was muddled and I goofed up the EV charging process. The staff instantly came to my aid and a young woman member of staff and one of the maintenance workers came down to check if I was ok. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

I got hotel lost a few times,but the interesting displays of agricultural paraphernalia acted like signposts.

Very clean, fully air conditioned, nice staff, free parking slot, well equipped kitchen and bath room, comfortable bedrooms in the apartment.

The location is not far from the downtown, but if you use the public transport the fastest way to get there is the train,operated by Trenitalia, which is not part of the GTT daily passes, and there is no Trenitalia pass available, no family ticket etc... so the daily commuting is quite expensive for a family. There are bus lines around, but in this case it took 40-50 minutes to get to the city center.

The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The room was big and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and attencious. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a boiling water machine and infusions to make tea every day in the room and in the first day there was typical chocolates and "mole cola" for us to try. There is also a glassed bottle of water that you can fill in a dispenser. The hotel is very interesting being a new construction but mantaining certain caracteristics of historic interest. It has a beautiful garden.

On the first view, the location isn't ideal. But once you get used to the train system it is very easy to go arround. The exit of the train station looks sketchy but we spent 6 days there and we didn't have any problems and felt safe everytime. The station is very close to the hotel (in the end of the road) and it is just one stop until the one near the city center. The trains are very comfortable and on time. At first location looked like a disavantage but then we actually enjoyed the exoerience.

The hotel is good, tidy, friendly staff. On the other hand the location is not the safest for your stay.

The property doesn’t have anything to do with it, but I’ll raise awareness about the neighborhood area anyways. Our friends parked their car on the side curb next to hotel, where hotel cameras do not keep track of the dead angle, where the car was parked. Half an hour later somebody broke into their car and stole the items. If you are there, make sure to park the car at the underground parking at the hotel area. It’s free and safer. The hotel shares the premises with studios at the top floors. My suspicion is that the locals are in cahoots with the car burglars in the area.

The breakfast was very good. To be honest.

On arrival we were told if we wanted breakfast we would have to order it the night before. So once we were settled in unpacked etc. I rang reception and ordered breakfast for the following morning. The next morning in reception we were told that the receptionist the night didn't put us on the breakfast list. Even though the morning receptionist could see the call on the system. But she could not sort it for us. I was not happy. Apart from that all was good. Maybe a little expencive but good

Fine property, obtained from an ancient "cascina". Architectural details are a gem, like an amazing corridor with agricultural tools exposed. At night an old tractor next to the entrance has lights on. My room was spacious, equipped with good furniture. Bed was comfortable. No noise at all. I liked also the private parking.

The staff was not very professional. When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception desk. Check in was odd. At the check out they asked me for the city tax I had already paid at the check in.

Accommodation is excellent and very good value for money. Rooms are spacious and modern. Comfortable beds. Good size bathroom. Kettle, water and drink in room. Cafe on site was very reasonably priced. Parking in a secure car park is included. Close to train station for transport into Turin. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It is quite a distance out of Turin, and frequency of trains reduces later in the day. If you are staying in Turin later in the evening, you will need to get a taxi back. There are plenty available.

Staff was always available to help! Rooms are spacious and beds were very much to my taste. The hotel is great for those coming by car, as they have a big parking lot and are a bit further away from the city center.

Our room was on the external portion of the hotel, and because sound isolation is not good, the sounds coming from the garden and people leaving early in the morning were far from ideal.
