Polite staff, tidy room. Great view of the park from the window. Clean bathroom, even with bath tub in place. Internet was good enough - everything was downloading quickly.

Big disadvantage - it wasn't possible to open the window fully. Feels like room is a little bit old. Found stains on the curtains. And one night stay was pretty overpriced.

10 points/10 for the girl of the reception! We want to go to the pool, but the boy from there, close the pool earlier with half an hour…..for that motiv the girl from the reception ask her boss if we still can go 30 minutes at the pool, but they can’t let us go, so she give us a voucher for the Bar, but not this impress me, that the way to do it, she apologise for the situation, she speak us very nice, she make to felt us that we are the guest and we are important there, after that she offer us the voucher! I don’t know her name, but I want to that message go to her boss and he give her a reward, she really deserve! Congratulations!

The fact that the pool close at 19.30…..

We had a spacious room on the 8th floor. It was very contemporary with a large flat screen TV and very comfortable beds. There was plenty of storage and a mini-bar. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor swimming pool and garden, which was essential in the heat.

I think that the breakfast was minimal with little choice. it was mainly cakes and croissants. I was surprised that there were not more hot and cold options.

Location is very convenient. Free parking for hotel guests. However, no teams were seen within the 4 days visit. There was public buses instead. Overall building in good condition. Swimming pool opening time seems too short 11am-7pm. And it is quite a small pool for such a big hotel. There are outdoor gym and kids play area which has been very pleasant. However, the indoor gym has only three machines (muscles training. Running. Biking.)and one of them is out of order. And it is really really small. I would properly say each time two user maximum into the little gym room. Well equipped with towels and water machine though. But it would be nice to have it triple the size instead of dozens of conference rooms around. Hotel restaurant Buffet dinner was mentionable. 25€ for adult, 13€ children. Good choices of food. Ravioli was exceptionally good with meat base sauce. However, breakfast needs huge improvement in terms of quality of food. Croissants were way too over cooked that nearly nobody consume them. Boiled eggs are too old to be served. There were different types of fruits daily but they are not as fresh. Only one coffee machine was available which is truly disappointing. Guests need to wait at long queues for just a coffee. We were not able to have a filling breakfast because the quality of the food was really not up to standard. Novotel never fail us in terms of pillows. Always a several choice of hard and soft pillows. Mattress need to be updated as we could feel it has been greatly used. by previous guests. Air dryer was strong enough which is certainly a plus for ladies. The choice of shampoo and shower gel was great. Appreciate that fragrance which was relaxing for holidays. I would say it’s a yes and no for Novotel. Hotel staff were generally friendly and efficient. It is a good choice as family if you do not mind the quality of breakfast being served. We will be glad to return if hotel take note into that area and make necessary improvements.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice and large room. Tasty breakfast. Location close to public transport. Good parking spot.

City area was quite uncomfortable, due to a lot of pro-palestine people around who write their slogans and glue stickers everywhere. Some issues with elevators - quite long to wait.

Really friendly and helpful staff with a warm welcome on check in. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome as always in an Accor hotel. Good size room with large double bed and sofa. Good location close to motorway junction with green open space nearby to walk the dogs. Perfect for an overnight stay to break a long journey. Secure underground parking.

Wifi signal was a little weak and dropped out regularly.

it was not the hotel's fault, but we parked on the street and somebody broke into our car and took our stuff.. so i would recommend parking in the hotel parking lot

I like the fact that the hotel is close to the shopping mall, and has easy access to public transport. The hotel room is clean and some staff are friendly

The TV in my room was not working until i rang the reception who later sent in a technician to sort it. The bathroom tap was also leaking. there was no repair until i left.

Very clean hotel, beds were comfortable. We sat in the bar in the afternoon and the barman was so kind and gave us some nuts and crisps to have with our drinks. We ate in the restaurant at night which was delicious. The receptionist even printed out some tickets we needed for our ferry journey the next day so a big thank you. 😊

The room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub. We only stayed one night, it is a little far from the airport. Nice guys at the reception, one of them gave my dauthers a little teddy bear from Novotel. It was a small gesture, we really appreciated and the girls loved their new teddy bears.
