This hotel is one of the best with several strong points: excellent breakfast with lots of options (even nuts, seeds, cereals) of food but also fruits and sweets. The yellow mellon was terrific. The pillows were the greatest one I slept on, it was terrific. The mattress was also great and these two aspects really helped to have an amazing sleep after exploring the city. The windows are great, you hear almost nothing from outside. The bathroom has all the toiletries needed and lots of towels. A big plus is the bathroom window but also the water pressure! We were on 8 floor and had no issue at all! The staff was extremely kind! A special thank you to the kind gentleman with black t-shirt from reception who helped us with all the info and also checked if public transport had any modifications as we were there on republic day. The room has air conditioning and it was cleaned perfect every day! The room has also a small fridge, great addition to all the hotel's pluses. The balcony is generous, would be an extra if there would be some chairs but it was not something that would make us change our opinion of the entire hotel or our stay there :) A very small disadvantage could be the fact that the room has no carpet, this is something that it really did not matter for us but could count for picky people :) I loved the stay here 😍

The room was on the top floor which must be where their biggest rooms are. It was big enough for 4 people to move around freely with a good sized bathroom, fitting at least 2 people comfortably. Coffee, tea and water were also provided. The breakfast provided was excellent, with cheese and pastries from the surrounding region. We were outside the city centre but there was a direct tram line to the centre of Turin which is very much worth a walk around. It is full of history. There is also a bar in the hotel for light drinks and another bar just outside which served drinks and snacks. Very good value for money for 4 people.

this was like a hidden gem. the staff was incredible. They were very friendly, helpful, and informative. They assisted with parking and helping unload luggage(I am partially handicapped). The location is great. Excellent local restaurants and incredible gelato all within walking distance. Public transportation is right out the door. When we come back to Turin, we will stay here again. The breakfast was also excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Everything was a pleasant surprise.

The daytime traffic is a little noisy, but calmed down in the evening and did not affect our sleep. You are i downtown type area so it is to be expected. It would not deter us from staying here

The hotel is located in the part of Turin that allows easy access to public transport, shopping malls, good restaurants, and bars. Buses and tram stops are a few meters away. These take you all around the city and to various places of interest. The very friendly and highly professional staff are always ready to be of the utmost assistance. The breakfast buffet was awesome with multiple selections of food. This was my second stay in the hotel. I will stay here again on my next visit.

My shower cubicle doors struggle to slide shut. There was a long horizontal crack along the bedside wall, the widow dripped with moisture, and on my last night, there was loud music coming from the other side of the wall. Felt like I was in a nightclub.

The laydies in charge of the breakfast made our stay wonderful, they were extremely friendly. Everything was well assorted, clean, tidy, tasty, fresh and good. The choice and quality of the breakfast was above the rest of the hotel facilities, and would be a good enough reason for us to come back in the Miramonti, a 4-5 stars breakfast in a 3 stars hotel. If the hotel management keeps taking good care of their staff, then the breakfast situation shouldn't change for those reading my review in coming months and years.

As often in city hotels our bathroom showed some signs of aging, especially the shower, but nothing critical. A renovation is probably on their agenda over the next few years.

We liked the apartment, the staff and the breakfast. Also inhouse parking with charging facilities for electrical cars are practical

The surroundings of the hotel are less pleasant for tourists. Restaurants in the near area are limited, but is has nice Italian ice cream parlours. One very visible and a second very small one, which I preferred. You have to turn left leaving the hotel and the 3rd or 4th street turn left. It is an approx. 5 min walk from the hotel.

The staff were exceptional. Kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Tremendous spread of food. Loved having a little gift packet in the room with chocolates and a small liquor. Also easy to get downtown on the #4 Tram one block away. While the room was "basic" it was quite functional.

Wish hotel were a bit closer to downtown and that there were more variety of restaurants.

Hotel is just what i am looking for. Nice and clean, very convient to high-way to Milano and France. Free parking in the street, and many street food options around, whom working until late night. Staff is brilian, big Ciao for them. polite and nice, and ready to help. Please stay like you are. Breakfast is good and various, with nice irtalian espresso. Rooms clean with good beds.

Well kept older property, very clean, with “old fashioned” real room keys, and European mini-elevators. Staff makes every effort to make for a pleasant stay. There are FREE chilled water bottles in the mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and of course, crowded with fellow tourists. Located near the #4 tram stop, providing an efficient/quick way to get to the Turin Cathedral, the Central Market, restaurants, and the Shroud of Turin.

Covered parking, for 12 Euros per night, is a 250 meter walk from the hotel. The local neighborhood is occupied by the migrant and panhandling community of Turin, making for safety concerns. No hotel parking for check-in or check out. ‘Had to double park for both.

The hotel has a good location near Piazza Derna with frequent trams going to the centre (line no 4). We got the room on the 8th floor with an awesome cityscape and view of the Alps. The room was very big and modern, it even had a terrace. The breakfasts had an impressive diversity of foods (also with fresh fruits) and drinks. The staff was generally okay and helpful. There is a large state-of-art Coop supermarket nearby. The traffic nearby is not annoying to sleep.

The hotel has a bit unclear payment system, they block some portion of payment on card whereas the rest is paid at the end (in my opinion it would be best to inform ahead about that to avoid any confusion). Keeping ID cards by this hotel for scanning the data for some time is a quite dubious practice in light of the GDPR and the Italian law obliging you to carry an ID card all the time with you.
