The room was very big and the bathroom as well. I like that the rooms have big windows so I have a lot of light, while also having proper curtains in case someone wants it dark. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options.

I arrived pretty late at night (10 to 11pm) and during the check-in I asked for an invoice for the office. Tired, I mistakenly used the word "receipt". English isn't my first language and I don't speak Italian and I understand that it was a little bit annoying to the staff but they spent minutes explaining to me how my English was wrong instead of thinking on how to solve it. At 10:30pm. The staff during the rest of the stay was great but that first impression of having to be lectured by the staff about the wrong word for invoice late at night after a travel day, is not exactly a good experience.

Personell was very friendly and available for any need. Beds are Conformable and rooms were clean and quiet. Since the room faced the street the morning traffic could be a little disturbing for others, however with closed windows sleeping in is not an issue. V

Breakfast. Coffee is not at (my spoiled) Italian standard. The juices coming out of the machines were not drinkable. Maybe due to issues with the machine. However, for a 4 star I would expect more quality. Same goes for yoghurts. jam, bread types and other ingredients which seemed a little on the "safe money"

Good location...bus stop right outside hotel; 15 mins to city centre. Area doesn't look the safest but didn't have any issues. Restaurants/shops within walking distance. Secure parking (paid). Large rooms (stayed in a quadruple room).

A bit dated; especially the bathroom needs a makeover. Air con was struggling to cool the room ( hot Aug week). Fridge in the room was broken.

Great staff, very friendly...they have a mini shop at the reception with things people often forget to take on trips, which is nice. There are also some shops and places to eat near by that close late, nothing too fancy tho.

Couldn't quite figure out the shower settings and couldn't find the wifi password in the room, but I didn't ask either so that's on me.

The place was clean the view was nice and the place to relax and smoke was so clean I love the hotel b&b I would like to visit next time.

I like the hotel because they have everything there no need to go out and buy something there are food water microwave so nice

Staff are lovely and helpful and there was good communication ahead of the trip. Breakfast is good. Room is big. Bathroom clean. Great shower. Bed was comfy. While the location isn't very central it is well serviced by buses and trams from right outside. It's a ten minute walk to a great antiques market on Sundays. There's nice bars and restaurants across the big roundabout.

Only one machine for coffee that was quite temperamental but staff responded quickly and got it going again each time it stopped.

The Twin beds were super comfy and nice to have shower gel etc in the room along with cups that were in a clean bag

The noise from outside which I guess can’t be helped. The heat in the room was quite hot too. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities

It was a good hotel room, nothing special but nothingness except the air conditioning. We were in the 4th floor had the curtains closed all day and the a/c running on max fan speed supposedly cooling down to 5°. However it was still very warm all day and night

Location is far from the city center, but in front of the hotel there is bus that can lead you directly to the city centre within 15/20 min. Breakfast was standard, room was very cosy and spacious and windows where huge. Since it was very close to the Environment park where I had two-day conference, for me it was a perfect match.

Hotel provided everything we needed at a good price - parking, pet friendly, clean and efficient with good breakfast. Location very good for the centre, just a short bus ride
