The location is excellent—just outside the city centre, but only a 20-minute walk away, making it both peaceful and accessible. Staff were professional yet friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The room was spotless and well maintained, spacious with older decor. The beds were comfortable and clean, plug sockets conveniently located next to the beds. The bathroom was large, with good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was of good quality and offered at a reasonable price. Also, a kettle with tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch.

Our room was on the ground floor, close to the breakfast area, which gets busy in the mornings. Noise might be an issue for light sleepers, so it’s worth requesting a room further away if that concerns you. The hotel has a small garage with limited parking, but there’s ample paid on-street parking nearby. Using parking apps, we found prices ranged from €10.50 to €12.50 per day.

Great location, very clean, room looked very well-kept for a three-star hotel, bed was very comfortable no complaints at all. The room also included a small fridge, a small water boiler and complimentary tea bags and instant coffee. Temperature-wise everything was perfect with both heaters. The bathroom was very spacious. Room service was daily and did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The service was great and the employees were very friendly. Finally, the location has to be one of the nicest I've seen in Torino. The nearby bridge and the park Valentino by the Po looked spectacular. Near Borgo Crimea there is a church and a great viewpoint for seeing the whole of the city and the mountain range in the background. A bit more uphill is the Villa della Regina very worth visiting. The city center is about 20min by foot and Porta Nuova station about 15min in a straight line.

Not something definitive negative. Maybe one or more sockets by the bed would be nice. The view from the room was not something spectacular (the side street). In the morning there was some noise from the... shopping carts from the nearby supermarket. This was however not disturbing with the windows closed.

We had two small dogs with us and they were more than welcome. They were not allowed in the room alone, so for breakfast they were allowed in the breakfast room at a table a bit away from the buffet. Perfect. We booked a parking place in the underground carpark and were shown a good space for parking our long car (station model) in order to get out easily. Very helpful. The next day we were allowed to park in one of the reserved places in the street so we could visit the town before returning home. Again, very helpful.

The kettle did not seem to work, not a problem, we even forgot to report it.

The staff was friendly and communiction was prompt prior to our visit. If you want private parking, you need to reserve it ahead of time as they have limited space. The parking garage is pretty small, so bigger SUV might have an issue. There is public parking available on the road or down the street (1 block away). Breakfast was good. Location was nice and quiet and not too far from the city center. If I come to Turin again, I'll be staying here.

We have only good words for this hotel. The hotel was 15 min walk from Torino Porta Nuova railway and 20 min walk from Mole Antoneliana. The bus station was near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we love that it was a daily cleaning. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very various. The reception was very nice decorated for the Holidays and the room was very clean and warm. The bed was one of the confortable beds I have ever slept in. It was a real pleasure to spent our Holidays in Best Bestern Crimea

Everything was perfect!

The location is very good. Not in the city center, but in a nice part of the city, just next to the river Po. Downtown is a 20 minute walk, and morning jog can be done right next to the river. There are also shops and restuaurants around. It is quiet at night.

The breakfast did not include any hot options, like scambled eggs, fried bacon and the like. The coffee was very bad, especially compared to the wonderfull coffee one can enjoy in the city.

Good location, 2km from the central street, easy for walking. Supermarket around the corner. Places to eat nearby. Nice staff. OK breakfast for Italy. Terrace behind the dining room for smoking.

It is an old hotel, so some of the interior is not in best shape. Limited parking in the garage, so reservation is required. Paid parking 15 EUR per day. Little noisy in the morning due to delivery trucks.

It is located in a lovely, safe and quiet neighbourhood at about 15-minute walk from city centre. There also are available paid parking spaces on the street if you do not find place in the private parking. Very clean. Good room. Very good and powerful shower.

The mattress very hard.

Location was perfect- a beautiful zone of Torino with cafes, bars and supermarkets nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was large and had a large bathroom. It was all very clean and we had everything we needed. Parking right outside the hotel on a quiet street. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Torino.

Lift was only big enough for 1 person with luggage. The breakfast was nice but took time to be restocked and had to be asked to do it.
