The location was incredibly close to the center. The home was not the biggest but treat it like a hotel room. Everything was clean.

Location, price, responsiveness of the owner, cleanliness. All in all it is a great place to stay.

There's no A/C in the unit, only a fan, as in almost all units of the same type and price in Torino, but on a very hot night of August, I really wished there was one...

My host was very accommodating with switching my arrival times and answering any questions I had. He was able to explain how to find and enter the apartment as well. Thank you!

The owner was very helpful although it was self check in. Room was ready early and he gave us information on where to eat etc. Ideal for 1 night stay to visit Bolon Market.wifi

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place was absolutely disgusting. The main door wasn't locked which I found alarming, and upon entering the building we found it very run down. The pictures do not really do it justice. Inside the room, was absolutely disgusting. Again the pictures do not really do it justice. the walls were filthy, the sheets and pillowcases were horrible. The bathroom, no words really. And the best bit. When I sat on the bed, it collapsed. The left leg at the front of the bed gave way and collapsed. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful for a owner to rent out accommodation with a broken bed. I am still awaiting a full refund.

Easy check in

I called to say that my children wished to sleep in separate beds. The host explained that because we only booked for 3 people, we didn't have the right to use the single bed which was listed in the description. So my two teenage boys had to share a bed, which was not my expectation when booking an apartment which sleeps 5. There were open electrical connections on the walls and in the open base of the hot water tank, although thankfully all wires were closed off. The shower would either give scalding water at high pressure or a dribble of cooler water. Apparently it is meant to be like this and it is not broken The aircon unit sounds like a airbus with asthma. Net, although I appreciated the location and easy check in, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

the description on Booking.com says the room does not have an AC but has a fan, which is exactly what we found on location. In the current heatwave, however, the small fan was nowhere near enough and we ended up having to leave as the heat was unbearable. The bathroom doesn’t have an extractor either and opening the window didn’t help. might be a good place to stay for not more than 2 people in winter, but it’s not ideal for summer
