What I especially liked was the preserved atmosphere of the historical building and the stylish interior with antique elements. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. The hotel is located in a great area — close to the main tourist attractions, cafes, and shops, yet in a quiet neighborhood that allows you to relax after a busy day. The breakfast menu includes coffee, croissants, pastries, delicious meats, and cheeses.

This hotel breakfasts are amazing, not just a meal - it's a superb experience with all that wonderfully furnitured historical hall, classical music, great food and high-level staff. The room itself was a bit vintage (which is expected!), but not quite in a good way - everything's weary, and there was mold in the bathroom, so if you're allergic it might not be a great variant for you. Yet it all was covered by the overall experience of living in such place

I did not give this hotel a score of 10 due to the breakfast was pretty poor, plenty choice but not of good quality. The air conditioning is noisy and could not be left on at night. It would have been nice to sit and relax in the lounge which incidentally is stunning but there are no tea/coffee facilities not even water - though on our last day we discovered water in the fridge in the room. I would recommend this hotel despite the small in discrepancies.

A big round of applause for the staff! They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly. Their level of English is excellent — which is not very common in Turin. The decor and theme were exceptional; it truly feels like you're living in an ancient castle. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main monuments and shops. There's also a beautiful piazza nearby with exceptional restaurants and a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was unique, varied, and delicious, especially with the calming classical music playing each morning.

If you plan to stay here, I recommend asking for an internal room to avoid street noise

We stayed in a standard double on a getaway deal. I thought it was excellent value, as it included a cold buffet breakfast in a lovely room. Well located for exploring central Turin, near restaurants and supermarkets. A 35 min walk from Flixbus. Staff were friendly and recognised us very quickly. I liked having a real key that could be left at reception, which is 24 hours. Luggage storage easy to access. If I were to stay in Turin again I would stay here. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a lovely old building.

We knew from the photos (room photos, not the hotel photos) that the standard double would be basic and had seen reviews saying the place is tired etc. Our room was in a part of the building that appears to have been knocked into from the original building, perhaps in the 1960s and overlooks the rears of adjoining flats. If you are hoping for a modern, light filled hotel with a new bathroom this would not be for you - but it suited us very well and we enjoyed staying in this style of building. The shower was very small and a larger person might struggle to use it. Two pillows would be better.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff. Excellent service. I arrived with my family a few hours before check-in time and, before even asking about the luggage storage service, the hotel staff came forward and said that they already had my room available for use. That was amazing. The breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast room is spectacular and the staff who work there are super polite and attentive. As for the hotel itself, it is close to several tourist attractions in Turin, which makes it very easy. I recommend it for families who want to travel to Turin. I note that the hotel building, despite being quite old, has an modern elevator.

Nice older hotel with a lot of character. The location was perfect, close to everything. The bed is nice and firm. Our room was very large and looked into the inner courtyard where the cars are parked. We reserved a parking spot which worked out great. The parking is tight but doable. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good enough. There were packets of muesli and yogurts, meat and cheese, bread and various sweet pastries. Our wifi worked well in our room but I think it's hit or miss depending on where you're located. It does need a major reno but as it is, it has an old world charm.

It was 32° when we were there and the room was quite warm. The airconditioning unit is older so it was hard to keep the room cool.

The hotel is beautiful, charming and very well located. The breakfast is very delicious with a big buffet and lots of different options of food. The coffee is the best we had in Italy for sure. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and warm. And there was a big parking lot to leave our car.

The location was perfect! The breakfast and the breakfast hall was breathtaking! The interior of the whole hotel in general was stunning and clean and immaculate. The service from the staff was exceptional! The price for what you get is really good!

The size of the room was a lot smaller than I was expecting, but I enjoyed my bathroom a lot. The only other thing I didn't like was the mattress was firm and not thick or soft, so it wasn't the most comfortable. Also, the sheets were not soft, they were hard and crunchy.

I’ve read some poor reviews of this hotel which leave me wondering just what some people expect from a 3* hotel. This place is excellent with its air of faded grandeur. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff are well presented and courteous. There’s free parking (find that elsewhere) and Wi-Fi as well. Perfectly situated for historic Turin (and the excellent market in the place de la republica ) with many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast is included and though typically continental, there’s plenary and it’s well presented with waiter service if you want it.
