The best thing about the hotel is its staff. Excellent service. I arrived with my family a few hours before check-in time and, before even asking about the luggage storage service, the hotel staff came forward and said that they already had my room available for use. That was amazing. The breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast room is spectacular and the staff who work there are super polite and attentive. As for the hotel itself, it is close to several tourist attractions in Turin, which makes it very easy. I recommend it for families who want to travel to Turin. I note that the hotel building, despite being quite old, has an modern elevator.

Nice older hotel with a lot of character. The location was perfect, close to everything. The bed is nice and firm. Our room was very large and looked into the inner courtyard where the cars are parked. We reserved a parking spot which worked out great. The parking is tight but doable. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good enough. There were packets of muesli and yogurts, meat and cheese, bread and various sweet pastries. Our wifi worked well in our room but I think it's hit or miss depending on where you're located. It does need a major reno but as it is, it has an old world charm.

It was 32° when we were there and the room was quite warm. The airconditioning unit is older so it was hard to keep the room cool.

The hotel is beautiful, charming and very well located. The breakfast is very delicious with a big buffet and lots of different options of food. The coffee is the best we had in Italy for sure. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and warm. And there was a big parking lot to leave our car.

The location was perfect! The breakfast and the breakfast hall was breathtaking! The interior of the whole hotel in general was stunning and clean and immaculate. The service from the staff was exceptional! The price for what you get is really good!

The size of the room was a lot smaller than I was expecting, but I enjoyed my bathroom a lot. The only other thing I didn't like was the mattress was firm and not thick or soft, so it wasn't the most comfortable. Also, the sheets were not soft, they were hard and crunchy.

I’ve read some poor reviews of this hotel which leave me wondering just what some people expect from a 3* hotel. This place is excellent with its air of faded grandeur. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff are well presented and courteous. There’s free parking (find that elsewhere) and Wi-Fi as well. Perfectly situated for historic Turin (and the excellent market in the place de la republica ) with many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast is included and though typically continental, there’s plenary and it’s well presented with waiter service if you want it.

The hotel is very glamourous but getting a little old and tired. It is located in the Central Storico, so couldn't be any closer to the tourist attractions. There are thousands of interesting things to see and experience in the neighbourhood. There is a grand breakfast room with an extensive range of options. The room we had was a good size but had a view of the central courtyard, which was not very interesting.

We had a standard double room, so not one of the grand rooms. It was in dire need of an update. I understand that the hotel is "historical" but the room was tired, the beds felt a little saggy (although they were OK to sleep on) and the bedspread looked like a 1970s original. The bathroom was large, but again was dated. The Wifi was patchy and the bar-fridge didn't work. The deluxe rooms look great in the photos, so we should have bagged one of those.

hotel Antica is one of the oldest hotels in Turin and has so much character and original features. if you are looking for modern luxury then it’s not for you but if you want an authentic Italian historical hotel with bags of charm then it’s perfect……and that’s exactly what we look for…..saying that , the Wi-Fi is excellent. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, professional and warm and spoke very good English . The location is brilliant , within short walking distance to major city centre attractions and close to some great restaurants , and a tram stop is literally just round the corner

This is a gem of a hotel with lots of character and history! Mozart stayed here, just for a start! The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee excellent!! It's listed as one of the 10 oldest hotels in the world...needs all the support it can get. Would go back in the future.

Some features are tired looking but what to expect from a hotel that is over 300 years old.

Location is awesome - about 100m from the old town with very good cafes and restaurants within metres of the front door. Room was big and clean. The building is a couple of hundred years old and the dining room is gorgeous. Staff were very nice including the staff at breakfast. Dog friendly. Onsite parking is a bonus.

The coffee was lovely but breakfast was disappointing as nothing was fresh except for some ham and cheese slices. Fruit pieces or something that doesn't come in packets including the store bought cakes would be good for breakfast.

If you are staying in Turin, this seems to be the perfect spot. An old austere building you are right in the town central area. Limited parking make sure you get it as that free you from finding parking in Turin. Nice and charming people. The Mozart birthday is true and makes you feel immersed in history.
