Perfect location in the heart of the center (walking distance for many sotes) with an excellent restaurant (breakfast was perfect too). Very kind and attentive staff. Spacious rooms and all extras included.

Traveling with my young son, we were in bed by 22:00. Our room was just above the restaurant. It was noisy until midnight unfortunately.

Checked in on 9th Nov 2023, at around 3pm++ , I met the most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, his name is Mr Elkat , The hotel is lovely and with great staff give the hotel a great first impression. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Walking distance to all the church. Specially if you are here to visit the Shroud of Turin. Just a 4 min walk.

We love the central location period it's a charming older boutique style Hotel and the gentlemen at the front could not have been more helpful. The breakfast that was included was good, and we also ate there for dinner which was delicious.

Since it's October, we could not get the air conditioning on which meant we had to leave the windows open and the street noise was quite loud.

A quiet very well run and convenient hotel, close to the main attractions-friendly staff made us feel welcome, very clean and old fashioned Italian in a good way-food for both breakfast and dinner was fine -we were very pleased with this little gem

Not the hotels fault but there was a rumbling noise from the underground which started at 5 30 am but we soon got used to it

Superb location, great staff always helpful, decent breakfast, room serviced daily, walking distance to many must see attractions. Close to several restaurants.

My bed had uncomfortable springs in the middle. The balcony could have been an asset but was neglected with dead plants, an old AC unit, and an unusable double sun lounger.

The location was just perfect. Really close to the main square, market and lovely restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with the ability to make your own fruit juices. Rooms was really comfortable too.

Sometimes you could hear the tramline. But that is not very noticeable unless you are a very sensitive sleeper.

Excellent location & staff were super friendly & helpful. As with many European hotels there was no lift but the staff helped carry our bags to & from our room! Had dinner in the hotel & it was reasonably priced & tasty.

The breakfast was awesome. And the location was perfect in that it was close to all the sites, but quiet at night. And the staff from beginning to end were super super lovely.

Had what I needed! Quiet place, hot shower and accomodate extra needs like having breakfast 30mins before regular time

Excellent location, very close to museums and centre. 20 minute walk from station. Good breakfast and nice little restaurant. Clean and quiet. Good bathroom. Pleasant and professional staff in a family run hotel.

Many like firm mattresses, but a bit too firm for me!! This is just personal preference.
