TOHOUSE is well situated, not far from a daily food market, in a very vibrant neighborhood with restaurants, bars and icecream shops all around. It's a walking distance from the Porta Nuova train station (10 min) and the main sights of the city (25 min from Palazzo Real). The room is spacious, air conditioned and exactly the type of place where you can comfortably rest your head after a full day of sightseeing. Claudia is a gracious host, full of good tips if needed.

We had a fantastic stay—this place was perfect for our trip! The location is ideal: central and within easy walking distance to the river, park, and all the main sights in Torino. The room was charming, clean, and very comfortable—just right for a short stay. Despite being close to other rooms and common areas, it was incredibly quiet, and we slept really well. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, the experience was excellent and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was well laid out, with a double bed and two singles for our boys. We had 4 cabin sized bags, so there was just enough room for all of those too. The bathroom was a good size. There were snacks, a kettle for hot drinks and chilled water in the fridge on arrival. Claudia who greeted us was so lovely and made good contact with us to ensure our check- in was smooth as we were running late with train/bus transfers. The entrance to the building was stunning and the location was great, with some lovely restaurants nearby. The tea place opposite was a hit with us, for drinks and breakfast. TOHOUSE was a great little stopover place for us.

Was an amazing experience at tohouse accomodation. The room was very clean, and close to city central and important turistic areas. And of course a big applauze for the host, Claudia, she was very welcoming.

The fac that i had to give a specific hour when i’m coming. This let’s say is no problem if you come from the airport to the accomodation. But for me i had some other stuff planned before coming to Turin, so had to take care of that.

Claudia, the administrative person, was absolutely lovely! She went out of her way to assist us with our bags as we were not heading to our final destination for a few hours after our checkout. The room was clean and set-up with everything we needed - great attention to detail! The proprietors are fortunate to have her as their face-to-face contact person.

This place deserves top ratings all round. Great location close to some cool bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the station and main attractions. The building has lots of character and the room is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the right amenities. The host Claudia also deserves a special mention - she was very warm, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to stock the room with cold water and lots of snacks.

There is no permanent reception so you have to arrange arrival time in advance. This would not stop me from booking again, I would definitely stay in this place on my next visit to Torino. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Hospitality was amazing!! The lovely host gave us water and kept our room nice and clean. We have nothing to complain about. Thankyou so much Claudia!! Five stars for you. We booked seven nights, something that not many people do because there are no big closets or a kitchen. There is however a mini fridge for water or fruit!! Nice location, a ten minute walk from the citycentre. On the other side of the street is an amazing breakfast place and there are lovely dinnerplaces everywhere. Would reccomend!!

Upon arrival we were met by the receptionist Claudia who welcomed us with exceptional service and care! Our rooms were very clean, and even the metal surfaces in the bathroom had been polished! Claudia has made sure to keep us well covered in terms of drinks and snacks for our short stay, and had even gotten us an eucalyptus humidifier. This hotel would be good, albeit average without the exceptional receptionist Claudia. We only intend to stay there if we can receive the same service she gave us. For otherwise, this hotel would be another straw in the haystack of hotels. Customer service is everything, and on that part, the hotel and Claudia delivered well and beyond our expectations for a very fair price.

Parking is a bit difficult, but that is not the hotels fault.

The hotel is quiet with no street noise, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was cleaned even though we only stayed for 2 days.

The room was a bit humid because it was raining while we were there. There were not enough dishes—we only had two plastic cups for tea and no plates. It was a little dark and didn’t have enough light.

We are so glad we chose this place to stay in Turin. It was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with so many cute details. The bed was very comfortable, the best one of my whole Italy trip. Claudia was an exceptional host. So warm and friendly. I loved her so much.

My only callout is that a lot of light filters through the windows. If you are a light sleeper like me bring a mask.
