The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, including some great restaurants. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide selection of options. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a sink, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooftop features a large jacuzzi, plenty of sofas, deck chairs, and a hammock near the bar, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s an outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast, which is ideal for smokers.

The water temperature in the shower was fine, though it could have been hotter. However, it was quite suitable for the summer.

Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. There's literally everything one could want. Staff are also friendly and promptly address any concerns. The rooms are clean and quiet. There's a small gym, which is a good addition for those like me who like this sort of facilities. There's also a nice lounge and a small business centre, which is good for meeting friends, family or colleagues if travelling for work. The hotel is close to the Porta Nuova train station, which is important. The same applies to the underground train station, which is nearby. San Salvario is a nice neighbourhood in which I used to live as an architecture student 20 years ago. You must keep your eyes open at night, but nothing too concerning. I highly recommend this hotel and'll be back next year.

San Salvario is a nice neighbourhood at night, but at the same time, you need to keep your eyes open. Plenty of options for eating well, but you need to know which roads you take, in my opinion.

It has private parking and a Tesla charger. Keep in mind that it is a domestic type and it took 7 hours to fully charge a Model Y LR. Very polite staff. Breakfast was decent for the price. Ideal for short stay in the city. Next to the train station and a short walk from the main shopping area.

The charge for the parking was not visible before making the reservation. This is probably not the hotels' fault, but another shady business practice by Booking.com, which hides extra charges.

Greetings from the staff , very friendly and switch on. Quiet rooms considering it’s a busy area. Hotel atmosphere was relaxing .

There was a snell of plastic throughout the main entrance , not sure what it was . Perhaps scented diffusers would be nice . Otherwise nothing else to suggest

rooms were spacious, excellent facilities including good hairdryer and a small kitchen for making hot drinks, fridge etc. Very comfortable bed and extremely quiet for a city centre location. Gorgeous sun terrace with a bar and small hot tub style pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially when our flights home were cancelled. Everything was absolutely excellent, but a very special mention for the breakfast which was comprehensive and the best value of a breakfast anywhere! The choice put many, many hotel breakfasts to shame. There were hot dishes, cereals, a cold buffet, an amazing selection of patisseries, plus very good coffee and other beverages. The hotel also recommended some good, nearby restaurants as we didn't want to go back into the centre and towards tourist orientated restaurants. We definitely approved of their choices! Altogether a vtop of our list.ery happy experience, and if ever we return to Turin, this hotel will be the top of our list. A big thank you to the staff also!

It was really warm outside (38 degrees), so definitely the pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop and the good airconditioning. I also liked the games that were available.
