Lovely hotel, the location is perfect for sightseeing. Nice big room. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hot food could have been a little hotter, though. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, a lovely, unique place to stay.

The hotel was very hot. It seems like the air-conditioning in the whole place was not working. The room was even hotter. When putting on the air-conditioning to the coldest, it didn't seem to cool down. (It wasn't a hot day outside 15 degree) We only had 1 tea bag in our room and no coffee. It would have been nice to have more choice and more than one. One of the rooms we had was located at the front of the building, and you can hear the tram rumbling past in the night. So would probably suggest asking from a room at the back if you are a light sleeper

The location, the room and the staff were great. Extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel was very conveniently diaries so we could our daughter and it was close to the church where she married and the other hotel packed with family.

We were at the front of the hotel and unless the balcony doors were closed, the trams woke me at 5.30am, going past every 10 to 15 minutes. I could have asked for a room exchange but we weren't bothered. It is just something to be aware of.

The location was perfect for us, the staff were very helpful and allowed us late check-out (despite already having quite a late check-out time of 12 pm) which was great! The continental breakfast was really good too, and although they were out of eggs when we arrived, the staff kindly offered to make some just for us. We also found parking just outside and so didn't need to pay for the parking garage.

The hotel was nice, but a bit run down (not majorly). Needed a paint job and a few little repairs in my opinion, but overall we liked it and felt comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and it was a bit hot, but there's airconditioning and the window opens onto a little balcony with a lovely view, so there were means to cool down the room.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. The receptionist was always helpful. Room service did a thorough job. Breakfast was very good, big variety and fresh products.

The bathroom didn't meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Sometimes it took 3-4 minutes until warm water started running in the shower, some tiles were not glued properly to the wall, and the hair dryer was like a 50 year old device.

Sometimes the breakfast was cold and after cleaners had not always replaced toiletries.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel was quiet and there was a beautiful view of the mountains from my window. The decor was pleasant.

The breakfast was nice and there was good selection for many people. However, it would be very nice if additional items could be added for those with dietary restrictions such as dairy or gluten allergies.

You can hear the street noise on rooms facing to the street, but they were kind and changed my room to the quiet side of the hotel. :) Breakfast was good, but more options would make it nicer.

Little bit old interior. Need updated. The walls are not soundproofing, so you can hear everything, next door. One sheet to cover yourself in the night, which was not pleasant . A blanket must be in every hotel, so this one doesn’t have something like this. Faraway from city center.

I liked the room on the 8th floor with balcony,I liked the breakfast.

The garage were I parked the car ,I found it expensive over 27 euro for 1 night.Room extremely warm & no Air-conditioning

Nice staff, that was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful giving indications about where to go/what to do in the city. I had a nice room with a great view. The hotel is quite nice and cozy.
