The apartment was big and very clean, spotless. It had a great location, within walking distance from the city center and the main train station. We did a contactless check in as the key was in the key box, which was great, and the whole communication with the staff went through WhatsApp, which we were okay with. The staff is nice and very responsive. I recommend for a few days stay in Torino.

The apartment is great and has a lot of potential, however the kitchen was not well equipped. It didn't have a cutting board, bigger pots or pans or a coffee mashine. Cooking or breakfast was almost impossible for 2 persons, as you need at least a cutting board to cut a cucumber. It also had an iron, but no ironing board.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and responded promptly to meet all our needs. They were very family-friendly and the building was silent at night. There was no noise of any kind. The apartment has many beautiful lights and art. The interior design is exceptional and cozy. The bed is supercomfortable and the shower is huge! The location is also great. You can explore Turin on foot. A supermarket, bakery, the daily market, many restaurants and bars are just around the corner. We would definitely book the apartment again.

Good location 10min walk from central train station. At night lots of cafes to choose from, and during the day the fresh food market close by. Easy access to main attractions, 20 min walk to the Palace. Unit very quiet Lift to second floor

As a self catering property, the utensils etc. in the kitchen was very sparse. Each unit was different so others may have been better equipped. Not a serviced apartment.

All was great, we highly enjoyed our stay, and it was good quality for money: the rooms were just as described and shown in the pictures, spacious andd comfortable, all was clean. We had a self-check-in, but interaction with staff about it was very clear and smooth. The location is really central, next to all facilities (transportation, restaurants, shops, etc.). The room was also very well-isolated sound-wise, we heard no noise from other rooms / corridor, nor from the outside.

Generally, we liked everything ! Perhaps theonly thing is that at some cosmetic reconstructions (newly painted walls, etc.) could give rooms a fresher and even more pleasant look! But it is all good otherwise :)

It is located to lots of local eateries and easy walking distance to the centre. It is great to have a balcony. The sound proofing in the bedroom was great, you couldn’t hear any street noise whilst sleeping. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room had a lot of damage to it from previous guests and didn’t reflect the photos that we saw so on balance it wasn’t as good value for money as it could have been. Kitchen was poorly equipped from a utensil perspective, it’s not really possible to cook there. They didn’t provide some basics like tea towels and the washing up liquid and shower gel was watered down and they provided two toilet rolls for a stay of 5 nights. It might be that other rooms were of a higher standard so we can only speak for the room that we stayed in.

Very limited kitchen utensils. Obviously people only stay here 2 or 3 nights maximum and must eat out every meal as literally only 2 cups . 2 Plates , 2 bowls , 2 knives 2 forks and 2 teaspoons and a very small fridge !!. No sharp knife or chopping board to even prepare a salad or anything . No tea towel , sponge or wash liquid to even wash coffee cups up with . Very disappointed with kitchen materials . Would not book same room again

The interior of the property is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I was impressed with the quality of the linens, including the towels and sheets. The kitchen was excellent, and the wooden panels over the windows effectively blocked the light, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also close to many services, restaurants, and markets, so everything is within easy reach.

The main downside was the confusing entry. The address provided by building number and street name did not lead directly to the entrance, and there was no clear sign indicating the presence of hotel apartments. Even after entering through the main door, the layout remained confusing for someone unfamiliar with the place. Additionally, parking was difficult. The paid parking options are expensive for long stays, and even stopping temporarily to unload luggage was challenging.

We had an excellent experience at Apart Hotel Torino! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main attractions of the city, which made getting around extremely easy. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to every detail, responding promptly to any request. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and we will definitely return the next time we visit Turin. Highly recommended!

Really nice place, 7 minutes from the train station (though that means around 15 to the city center but that's just how the city is). All floors accesible by lift. Really clean, super nice staff and everything was great and confortable. Bear in mind reception hours are from 13.30 till 20 or 21h or so, but they do have an emergency number to call.

I was worried about finding it as the reviews said the entrance was a bit tricky, and it was, just look for the exact number, dont look at Google maps. So the entrance looks like a garage one and then you go straight into the parking lots and left is a door which is where the accommodation is. It's nice and safe as has double door but perhaps better signaling. Maybe 20€ for a pet supplement is a bit expensive considering no facilities given for them.
