Location is wonderful. Not only the hotel is very closed to the centre but also walking distance from the railways station. Additionally, if you really have to travel by car (as I did), car park is available (pricey but invaluable). the lobby is spacious with lots of chairs and sofas, in case one needs to wait or meet someone. Rooms are vey nice. The breakfast buffet is really spectacular both in variety and quality. Do not miss it!

Nothing really. Ok, the hotel is a bit squeezed by the other buildings, but given that it is in the heart of a historical city, it is only natural.

If you’re travelling by train, it’s ideal - a five minute walk. It’s close to major landmarks - ten minutes from the Egyptian Museum, three from Via Roma for shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English, happy to order a taxi, offer a restaurant recommendation, directions, a spare heater for an unwell guest. If you’re travelling with seniors, it’s perfect. Working lifts, rooms closest to the elevators have accessibility features, ramps are available to access the breakfast room, good signage. Excellent buffet breakfast - greet choice of savory/sweet options.

The location close-by to restaurants, point of interest, train station, overall facilities including room and mainly the welcoming staff was extraordinary. Particularly, Francesco was very professional and courteous by assisting us beyond our expectations. Breakfast buffet options were outstanding during our 4 day mid-July 2024. We had no chance to use the modern fitness center due to our tight schedule. We felt secure walking around, to and from the hotel at different times of the day/evenings.

There was nothing significant that we did not like at the this Hotel.

The room was lovely and modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great - it had a lovely variety of options. The reception staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The location is superb - its within walking distance of all the major attractions and has the best shops, cafes and restaurants on the same street. Its also very close to the main train station so very easy to get anywhere.

There really wasn’t anything wrong to say about it at all. It was a great find so cannot fault it at all.

Everything. The location was great and we had a warm reception when we arrived. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bar service was excellent with friendly staff, and good prices. Our room was big enough for two, and was well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge choice of food. Overall it was a rematch experience, and our next visit to Turin we will definitely stay there again. Absolutely faultless.

The Hotel Concord is in an excellent location near the train station, airport bus, city buses, the metro and the old tram to Sassi. The main sights of Turin are all within a comfortable walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well serviced each day. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in Italy, a great choice and beautifully presented. The hotel staff were wonderful. The concierge was amazingly helpful and gave us great advice. The breakfast staff took real pride in their display and were constantly refilling plates or tidying up. Everybody was very polite. We loved this hotel.

Great location. Lots of choice for the breakfast and everything is freshly made. The rooms were very clean when we first entered our room, and they were cleaned every time we went out for the day. Nothing to complain about.

Only thing I could come up with is that our soap dispenser in the shower didn’t quite work, there was something with the pump system. Breakfast is available until 10 am during weekdays, which was a little too early for my partner and I since we like to stay up late.

A wonderful hotel in a very pleasant part of Torino which is also convenient for Porta Susa station. Our room was truly excellent. Torino was our first Italian city on a long awaited rail tour of Italy (our first overseas holiday for almost 20 years) and our stay at Hotel Concord was the perfect start. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. We would like to specifically say thank you to the professional and friendly staff at Hotel Concord who made us feel very welcome, were extremely helpful and provided us with a wonderful start to our holiday. Grazie di tutto.

the location is perfect. walking distance from all main attractions. the bad was very comfortable. the bathroom is huge.

the room need a little update. the cleaning was moderate. I asked for parking, but when I arrived the parking was closed and it's oprate not all day long. I found a parking near by and I asked at the reception about the price they told me that is 20 euro per day but it cost 40 euro per day.

Room was very nice and clean, had the toiletries in the bathroom etc. It had the hygiene check paper on the toilet which was good. It had a safe in the wardrobe to keep valuables

I paid quite a bit more using Booking.com for my room booking online and my friend got it cheaper for his room which he booked elsewhere which was really quite disappointing. I didn't know what the situation was with the bar in the hotel. No one seemed to use it and i wanted to meet friends there before going out to dinner but didn't know when it was open. Could have done with a few more coat hangers and an iron/board for getting clothes pressed. (they do have a laundry service but just wanted to press my dress myself)
