Very nice, caring, supporting personal. I stayed for one night on my way back from skiing resort. I arrived early, was able to leave luggage, and was recommended a few places for lunch. Both, the lady (have not got her name, sorry) and Robert made me very comfortable, shared all the details, helped with the taxi arranging for very early departure for the airport. The room, the bed, the bathroom - all is comfortable and clean.

our stay was very, very pleasant. Everything is clean, and the staff is too kind. Especially Mr. Roberto (I think that's his name). It's easy to get there from the highway, and you can easily get to the center in 15 minutes by tram. The tram station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. You can also buy tram tickets at the hotel, which is great. For breakfast, they even asked us if we had any wishes, and Mr. Roberto dedicated himself to each guest at breakfast.On leaving, we even got a bottle of wine :) For every recommendation :)

the building is a bit older, but it is clean and we felt very comfortable, so it didn't bother us

Roberto the manager was so incredibly helpful and kind. He gave us so many tips of places to visit and advice. He and the receptionist were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was lovely and clean and well equipped. It was very good value for money.

I would have loved a kettle in the room but thats a minor thing.

Very nice service - greetings to Roberto. The trip was for business and I wanted to get to the meeting point quickly (I walked from the hotel). Clean room, good breakfast, attractive price. You can easily get to the center of Turin by tram. I recommend the Vittoriano hotel. Grzegorz

It would be nice to do a little bit of the renovation of the rooms. They are very clean but need some renovation especially bath tube (function perfectly, just esthetical renovation is needed)

The best part was the Staff Roberto and the team couldn’t do enough to make the stay comfortable outstanding customer service

Breakfast was good although no meat. I guess it's somewhat to be expected sincer the italian breakfast is more of a coffee and a croissant. We chose this hotel only due to the location. The host is great, helpful and knowledgeable and if you don't have high hopes it's ok

The drapes look like if they were dragged in mud by a dog. The central heating is only turned on at midnight. The room is really small. The balcony has no chairs or table. The aluminium windows are old and it feels like the cars outside are actually in your room.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was modern and had all the facilities that I wanted.

Within budget and the breakfast was really nice. The manager Robarto was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed staying here

The location is not so close to the tourist spots. But you can take trams easily, tram station is 2 min walk from the Hotel
