The location was great and easy to find. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area and you can easily walk to the centre and other key locations. The bed was big and very comfy.

We got a room which faced the inside yard, with a big glass door and window as its only entrance/ opening. This meant that we had to have the curtains closed to have some privacy as people were passing through the yard. We could not leave the door open, and therefore we could not have the chance to air the room properly.

We were expecting a 2 bedroom and we got an extra 3rd bedroom located in the kitchen area. Staff are friendly and helpful the time we were there. Close to the shops, grocery, transport and restaurants.

Due to the nearby restaurants, it can be noisy at night, especially on Fridays, until around 1 or 2 a.m. The breakfast is good, and you have to be early enough to get all the food they prepared.

Nice hotel in a great location. Excellent and inexpensive breakfast in a pleasnt Italian courtyard. Large, revovated rooms (A/C, Wifi, etc). The hotel is just outside the central area where traffic is regulated, which saves some stress on arrival/departure.

Parking. They have a few on-site spaces but they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis - so when you arrive, you are unlikely to be able to park (even if you check in early, like us). Then you have to find on-street parking. This was easy (and free) in August because most Torino natives are on vacation, but it could be a real problem at other times.

The breakfast was basic but decent regarding the price. The coffee was excellent!!! Location was quite good since the bus station was very close to the hotel. Also you could reach Mole Antonelliana in about 7 minutes by 👣!

The a/c was very old therefore ineffective. Also a second unit would be useful for the second room.

Located in the city center, near the univerity area, so affordable student bars and restaurants nearby. Very well furnished and maintained, nice quiet inner courtyard. Would try to book again when staying in Torino.

I guess the nearest public transport stop is a few blocks away, so you need to carry your luggage some distance.

Very well located. The staff was extremely nice and helpful ! The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and nice. The parking on the spot was very practical

There was some noise at night in the room, but it didn’t bother us so much. The aircondition in the living room didn’t work so well so it was a bit warm and it was really quite warm in the bedroom as there was no air condition at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looks interesting, rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is big and clean as well. The bed is quite comfortable as well as pillows. Location is perfectly (5min from Mole, 20min from Piazza San Carlo and around 30min from Porta Nuova). There are plenty bus and trms stops around as well a lot of coffee places.

It is impossible to open shades in the windows so natural light is dimmed all the time.

Good central location (short walk to the University of Turin, which I cared about), romantic architecture: view into the inner yard with a little balcony. I would book this again.

A bit hard to find how to get in and to access the key - I struggled a bit and I had to make several phone calls impeded by the language barrier.

I rented an apartment without breakfast, and therefore I cannot judge Breakfast. The apartment was clean and wide, I used the electric kitchen only for coffee, and they had special support for making espresso coffee on the induction hob. Notwithstanding in central area, the room was very silent.

I don't know what could be improved. For the price I had everything seemed allright. it looked as if going to live inside a traditional Turin house, as it happened.

Good location, large room/apartment, clean, comfortable, good interaction with reception, possibility to leave the luggages until check-in time, There are restaurants near the hotel and 2 supermarkets. The local transport is at hand. Taxi is available through reception.

Shower, towels and the mirror shelf would be happy to have an upgrade. The toiletries are available only for the first day.
