Apartment was clean, well-sized, nice kitchen area, with pots and everything. Kitchen is separated from the sleeping space so you can use even if all four sleeping spaces are used, and its a nice common area. Flat easily accessible, close to old town/center. Walking distance to lively streets. Quiet street. Loads of public parking space (even though when it’s busy - need to wait, but better than in town). Enough towels supplied, it was chilly so we were happy to find extra duvets and covers, extra pillows as well. A very good place to stay.

Few tea bags and a bottle of water could have been nice, as I don’t drink coffee so that was an inconvenience. It doesn’t cost much to add them but makes a huge difference in a feel and hence shame not to have a perfect score for these easily fixable things. Oh and please do change that sofa, for one night is enough but longer - please invest 50€ more and get an IKEA…

very good location. The apartment is located in clean and nice house. quiet street, grocery store, cafes and restaurants nearby, city center very close. beautiful tower visible from window. interesting apartment layout. shower had good pressure and water temperature. very responsive owner helped us with all the questions. fast internet wifi in the whole apartment. comfortable beds. capsule coffee machine with free coffee capsules. Big flat screen TV with a lot of channels and streaming services.

There were various unpleasant smells in the apartment. In some places the apartment was not very clean. In the kitchen there were no lids for the pots, no corkscrew, and some of the dishes were not washed completely. Also, the kitchen was missing a cutting board. In winter there were problems with ventilation and heating in the apartment: it was very hot upstairs, cold and damp downstairs. There were various small things and garbage in the storage room. Many storage cabinets and sideboards are not secured to the walls, which can be very dangerous for children. 

Wonderful location, lively but safe, very close to the city centre (walking distance), attentive host when problems arise, comfortable apartment for 2-3 people

Little, but important, things would make this a 10 rating, such as a kettle, mosquito traps, more towels and toilet paper for longer stays, wine and bottle openers, shampoo and soap etc. Small things that add up to the perceived value of the stay

we loved everything! Check in was very easy and Giorgio was flexible and friendly. The apartment is very comfy and it has everything you need. It has a beautiful view to the Mole Antonelliana. The neighborhood is among my favorite in Turin, walking distance from everything! I really recommend the place and I would definitely come back again! Thanks for everything!

The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 girls,had everything we could’ve needed in the apartment! Host was really nice and accommodating! Supermarket a one minute walk away and lovely cafes/restaurants close by!

It was a bit out of the way but very walkable!

We are a group of 4 friends. We spent a night here and it was perfect. The property is very well organized and clean and the position is great. We were a bit late at checkout (about 30 mins) and the host was kind in accommodating the delay.

The host was nice, the loft had everything needed and smart way how space is used. Wifi was really good and fast.

The sofa bed wasn't much comfy
