Very quick check-in. Kind and competent staff. We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room. The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

Where to begin? This is the only hotel I would ever stay at in Turin. The staff was exceptional, the room was gorgeous and roomy, and we had a beautiful view. The spa/pool was glorious, clean, well-equipped, and was attended by a knowledgeable and courteous attendant. Lockers, showers, slippers, and robes are all provided, free. The minibar was full with high quality items, including water, soft drinks, and alcohol. The hotel is only blocks away from some of the most spectacular sights, monuments, and architectural gems in the city. Museums and hundreds of shops, bars, and restaurants were only steps away. Parking is provided, and although we didn't have a pet, we loved that they are welcome.

Staff at the hotel are very professional and sought to address a mistake in the Bookings reservation very efficiently. They were also very helpful with city recommendations. Location is amazing, in the heart of the shopping zone. Service at breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for people with food intolerances/allergies. Valet parking available at the hotel.

The central booking service in Milan was unhelpful, refusing to take flexible bookings. They said they are only taking prepaid reservations. Ended up using booking.com to make the reservation. Also, one of the elevators was being replaced, causing some delays in acceding to rooms, but nothing major.

Location is great, center, city heart for shopping and restos. Spa is OK for a short recovery when the weather is bad. Good that kids are welcome in spa (rare thing in Italy) Friendly staff. Rooms are nice and decent size, lovely bathrooms. Connected rooms are perfect for families.

Breakfast should be improved. It is a shame to have basic salmon or avocado or fried eggs options for extra charge (eur 15 for avocado sides for example). I would expect that is included into the brkfst which is normal four a 5-star place

Excellent location, though if there for work and getting picked up in the mornings, the is a 3-block to the pickup point, not a big deal. Rooms are good size and functional for business, bathroom is great with a separate shower. Staff is excellent and English no problem. Excellent hotel.

One of the elevators was being replaced and the other had 'lost it's sense of up or down'/ Used the service elevator most of the time. Again, no big deal.

Everything was superb. Staff and room service were polite, friendly, and very attentive to our requests. The room was in superb condition. The hotel was very clean and in a walkable distance from some tourist attractions, including the museum of Egypt and Cinema museum (it turned out to be a worthy experience) and the Palace. The breakfast was great. We had a free pass for Spa but didn't get time to use it as we were spending more time in the city.

Beautiful hotel . Upgrade was offered , after some inconvenience of the booked room. Room is big and nice .Staff is very nice and wants to help always. Francesca at restaurant breakfast is an extraordinary professional : each time she wants to help so that my breakfast is nice and pleasant , going extra mile each time, so glad she is there to help . We were pleasantly surprised when we got an immediate upgrade at the check in time on the top floor. The rooms were magnificent, all high quality material, well thought layout. Bathroom with a bath tub and a shower, combination of 2 types of shower heads: rainfall and removable flexible. Convinient walkin closet with places for 2 suitecases to unpack. Seating area with comfortable sofa and chairs. Robes and slippers were nice touch for the comfortable stay.

There is no door between the bedroom and sitting area, could add another level of convinience when friends stop by.

Beautiful experience, we got upgraded to the Junior Suite, which was simply amazing, the bed was huge, the bathroom beautiful and the shower amazing ! Every little detail was taken care of! View amazing on Turin, the spa ; we were shocked, so beautiful and it was the biggest Hammam we’ve ever seen ! Not speaking about the breakfast which was full of options, everything was tasty, definitely going to come back to this hotel if we come back in Turin! And the kindness of all the personnel was also wonderful !

Very nice Hotel, great service, very central. The room (upgraded) was very nice. The SPA is small but nice to relax after a city Tour.

I've chosen the hotel also by the criteria, that the hotel offers a charging station for my electric car. The parking is not operated by the hotel itself and the charging station has not been working for several weeks (I was informed by the hotel after the booking directly). But this was at the end no issue, because Torino has a lot of public chargers around the hotel.
