First expression was old fashion luxury hotel. Staff was very nice and allowed me to early check in, after I dropped my rental car. Well, room was more like tiny one, but all you need was there. Great attention to detail, all small things in room. Had really good sleep before early morning flight. Good location for small walking distance to train station or bus pick up - airport.

No parking available. This is not dislike, it is overall crowded places problem to solve. If hotel like, can contact me and try to have ideas making easier this.

The room was really nice with spacious bathroom and bath tub. Air con was on even without the card in which was great as the temperature outside was over 30 degrees, it was relieving to get to the cool place. Breakfast was very basic but enough. Location was excellent

Unfortunately there was a storm during my stay and some rain water got to the bathroom and flooded the floor. I was offered a different room which was not that nice as the 1st one, with funny smell and tiny bathroom. Some of the breakfast items like ham smelled funny too, like it was off.

Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge compared to most in Italy hotels. Nice location. About 7 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was amazing.

It’s weird but the AC thermostat was installed backwards so the higher the Celsius, the cooler it got in the room. But I figured it out and it was fine!

The location was very convenient close to transport links city centre and an exceptional selection of restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of cereals fruit sweet pastries and cakes, No hot food apart from boiled eggs. The room was floor, had a large double bed which made the room cramped. No carpet on the floor which meant there was noise from the rooms above, below and to the side. It was also very dark with limited storage facilities for clothes etc. Bathroom was very nice with plenty of space. However the shower needed attention. The shower head needed replacing and the shower door was difficult to close.

There was no food service apart from breakfast. The hotel was noisy with squeaking doors which could be heard all over the building and the lift also made quite a lot of noise.

Ok location, close to train station Porta Nuova. Friendly staff, good bed, clean.

Booked a room with balcony, got a room in the attic on 5th floor without balcony. Toilet seat broken. Shower hose leaking all over the place. At the breakfest no scrambled eggs or omlet, somehowe we asked staff to make us boiled eggs. Hotel needs renewal, but overall it's ok for a short pitstop on you way further.

The housekeeper intended to open the room twice, once without knocking the door, which was very uncomfortable. Unless, I didn’t hang the “clean up the room” sign on the door. It would be better to develop a system for the housekeeper to let her know whether the guests have checked out yet, and then attempt to enter.

A short walk to the center of Torino, with a very reasonable 7€ breakfast. Plenty quiet for a good night's sleep. I believe the price we paid was very fair for a hotel of this quality (***).

Very small and narrow elevator, large enough for only 2 people with luggage. The room numbering doesn't correspond to the floor number, so be certain to askwhat floor you're on.

great location very close to Porta Nuova, it was easy to reach the conference center in the south, the metro is closeby. staff is very friendly I liked the room in the last floor

wifi was not working for me, I used my cellphone instead as I had hardly any wifi reach in my room (4th floor)

For 7 eur each per day we took the breakfast and it was very worth it. A lot of options for all kind of tastes. The staff was incredibly kind with us at the whole time! We noticed it’s a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars, but we went in a special Italian holiday which the area was a bit empty. The city center is easily reachable by trottinete (6min) or 20min walking.

Nothing to say. We liked everything.

The staff were very pleasant and the property, albeit on the older side, had character.

Unfortunately the plumbing is also on the older side and that meant showers higher up were weak in pressure and the toilet needed attention to flush.
