Friendly staff, interesting and quiet hotel and, most of all, in an amazing location. The places we wanted to see during our short stay were mostly within strolling distance. The views from the top floor gallery are excellent and the cocktails in the bar high quality and reasonably priced.

It turns out here are several standards of room and we were apparently in the lowest tier. Consequently, the room was compact and somewhat "tired" but everything worked. We only had one breakfast and it was pretty average. However, none of these niggles really matter, given the helpful staff and great location.

The property is only maybe 200m away from St John’s Cathedral housing the shroud of Turin. It’s in quite a nice area of Turin and close to all the notable museums and centre. The hotel is a beautiful quirky building that is finished to a luxury standard. There’s 5 floors and on the 5th floor is a panoramic view of Turin. There’s a small gym, excellent outdoor seating area, bar, restaurant and reception waiting area furnished with a grand piano. It’s exceptional really.

Parking is limited and requires additional payment. The minibar is expensive and difficult to understand what is complimentary and what isn’t.

Location is great, within Torino's city centre. Underground parking is right under the hotel very convenient, but they have limited number of spaces at level -1. We couldn't find any place availble when we arrived so we parked in the public part of the underground parking at -2 which was also fine. Be advised that parking spaces are small, Italian-style. The hotel offers a discount for parking in the public side of the parking but remember to ask at the reception. Breakfast is very good, very diverse, with local products as well - it is worth the money.

A wonderful hotel with a very unusual and impressive architecture. The decorations and paintings on the walls are amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. The attitude of the hotel staff towards customers is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts. We also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter (Elisey, if I'm note mistaken) was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of advice on the choice of dishes and wine, as we needed it. We will definitely stay at the hotel again when we arrive in Turin.

Elegant hotel, well decorated, impeccable cleaning, spacious room with very comfortable bed, several amenities available, free mineral water and friendly staff. The hotel is very well located and easily accessible when arriving by car, even though it's in a restricted central traffic area (only early in the morning). The parking lot is in the hotel basement, with an elevator that takes you directly to reception.

Hotel parking is expensive, but it's cheaper than the public parking below the hotel parking spaces.

Location was great; rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty. The staff at the bar was very nice, made us feel very welcome. The lasagna from the bar menu was the tastiest we have had during our short stay in Italy. We did not get to eat at the hotel restaurant as they were fully booked for the evening.

A bit clearer information about the parking arrangement between the hotel and the parking garage next door would have been useful. The hotel has the upper level reserved at the parking garage for their guests, but it is on a first come, first serve basis with limited parking spaces. However, we could have pulled in there from the beginning if we knew we just needed to call from the garage up to the hotel to let us in. However, it was all explained during our check out.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to welcome us with a wonderful anniversary dessert platter in our room! It was DELICIOUS! The staff always greeted us with smiles for breakfast and dinner. Food was so GOOD! Drinks were also amazing!

The window in the bathroom did not open/ no handle to open!… it was reported to front desk upon arrival , but it was not repaired. The towel heater radiator was not working in our room The air conditioning in our room was not working correctly, room was too hot The bathroom needs to be renovated! The walls are dirty /scuffed and the trim is pulling away from the wall. Also the shower is badly stained/rusted/ and in need of restoration!

The staff is really helpful, the location is excellent, breakfast is indeed fantastic and the room and bed are super comfortable. During my stay I ordered room service and it was also exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay at NH and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Turin.

Really small things: I would argue bathrobes and slippers should be already available in the room and not upon request. Toilet paper should be of higher quality for that price of stay and not 0.05 ply. Finally, in my room the espresso cup was left dirty on the balcony when I arrived, which tells me that the cleaning crew didn't do a thorough job. These are very minor things and most likely the cleaning crew was rushing to get my room ready but for the price I would expect these wrinkles to be smoothed out.

Location, room was spacious and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast.

We tried to hire a meeting room to do some work and it was €100 for one hour which seemed expensive. We were all staying at the hotel so I feel this should have been provided for free.
