One of the best hotels I stayed in so far. Great location, close to the center but in a more local area, so you can find good food and delicious ice cream, an area with a dozen bars within 5 minutes of a walk. Comfortable and spacious room with everything you need. Very good breakfast. Beautiful interior inside friendly and helpful staff. Parking costs extra money (displayed in their description) but it's right at the entrance. I liked everything about our stay. It's literally value for money - not cheap, but ialso not overpriced. You get an excellent stay for a decent price.

We stayed over the weekend, so the place is a bit close to the bar street. It didn't bother us, but you may experience some distant live music till 12 and loud people wandering around. Not till too late though. In any case, a closed window solves the issue.

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the university campus (Einaudi) but it would work perfectly for sightseeing - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions and well connected by tram and bus to the rail and metro. The neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and everything in the room worked perfectly (including the A/C unit that also provided white noise). Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful (let me store my bags for the day after checking out). You can get by with English and/or French but it does help to know a bit of Italian. I would stay here again with no hesitations.

The shower was quite narrow and difficult to operate. Outside can get noisy in the evening during the summer but shutting the windows and turning on the A/C will fix it.

This is a really pleasant 12 bedroom boutique hotel. It was nicely furnished and decorated and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful while delivering excellent service.Great breakfast and facilities and high degree of cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel

We had an electric heater in the room, the regular heating was not working but we were informed that the hotel would be closing for renovation. A bit more clarity on the parking situation would have been helpful: there are only 3 parking spots available on a first come first served basis and it will cost you 15 euro per day. There is no free parking in the area.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could possibly need. The bed was cozy, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One thing that truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were always attentive, ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Big thank you to Alessio! He was amazing! Definitely will be back.

I loved our room. Romantic art deco remodel. Centrally located hotel. Lovely breakfast. Cool remodeled old villa. The hodgepodge style gives it italian charm

The shower was small and inconvenient. Wish they would redo it to a normal shower cabin rather than a ‘airplane’ type shower.

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and answered all our queries. The room was excellent and offered everything we needed. For the breakfast we were offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Very enjoyable experience.

Well, the parking space was a bit of an issue because we payed for it in duration for the whole day, but since we had a late check-in we could not get it for 24 hours.

Good AC. Nice cooked breakfast and fresh juices although buffet was a little tired looking. Quirky hotel. Location was good on edge of student district it seemed , easy walk to to town - shopping and historical areas.

parking out the front (reserved), check in a breeze, room was great size, breakfast was excellent with extra options included to be cooked while you wait, good location just 10 minutes walk to old town.

I was positively surprised by the wonderful, friendly reception and all the people working at the hotel were absolutely amazing! The upgraded room was spacious and beautiful. At breakfast there was the loveliest ever lady to design the breakfast according to my wishes; tastiest ever omelette and everything needed. Was lovely to stay in a smaller hotel with personality - overall a great experience.
