This was the largest, most beautiful room I have stayed in when traveling to Italy. I am in love with Torino! The room was just gorgeous with high ceilings, large front windows, a separate closet room and spacious bathroom and shower. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and left me some nice gifts in my room. The hotel was close to the train station and accessing the building was very easy. It was also a quiet street. It was a lovely stay and I can't wait to come back.

Everything was great - maybe a full length mirror?

An outstanding modern conversion of a fine old building. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - quiet, despite being in the middle of the historic centre. Our room looked over a small park. There are countless restaurants and cafés in the immediate neighbourhood.

I can’t think of anything that could be improved. OK, maybe it would be good if it was cheaper, but considering the size and quality of our suite, the price was reasonable.

Stylish apartment in a charming old building in a central location. Parking on-site (paid). We had a balcony with a lovely view over gardens and it was very quiet. It was quite chilly when we arrived but the apartment was lovely and warm. Excellent communication with very helpful staff to coordinate our arrival and key handover and lots of useful information received, including on restaurants and other facilities close by. The apartment was cleaned daily which was appreciated.

Good value. Spacious, well equipped. I could live there. Good location in the heart of central Torino. The staff, particularly Anna, was about the finest I’ve experienced traveling. Twice the space and 2/3 the price of a nice hotel. Well equipped kitchen. Loved having a washing machine and heated towel rack to catch up on laundry.

Not much- I’d come back.

I loved it was part of a beautiful palazzo with grand entrance, and restoration and conversion to the highest quality. the mix of Baroque and contemporary. It was a bonus to have access to an impressive living in addition to the suite, and wrap around courtyard balcony with views to a garden. The daily cleaning staff were so attentive. It was a top star hotel but better in being more personal and intimate. I looked forward to returning to it each day.

Honestly, and this is rare for me, nothing i didn't like

Location was incredible. I will certainly stay here again when visiting. Room is huge. Super clean. Brilliant housekeeping. Slept really good. Really good TV app options. Parking discount card for the nearby garage. Saved 50% The building is solid, beautiful and high quality. The 'intimate wash' was such a funny & detailed extra 'touch' to the toiletries collection for bidet use. Brilliant!

- Although the staff was great, welcoming and flexible. Coordinating the time of arrival was a little stressful on my part - in order to collect the keys before the reception closed in the evening (8:30-9pm). We were driving from Switz to Italy, after work when plans were not 100% certain till the last minute. - Wifi didn't connect in most part of the room. Should have connected to a different receiver for a stable connection. - Parking is so expensive 30 Euro per day - the key description bullet points should mention Paid Parking (not just Parking). You have to later find the specific details about the paid parking fee in the detailed description. - Noise from neighbors upstairs, luckily this was only really loud when in the bathroom.

Amazingly nice apartment in a really good location. Most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had a room next to the street but it was very little noise. Friendly staff helped us when we had issues with our flight and arrived late.

No complaints!

Exquisitely maintained and managed. Superb accommodations, every detail carefully thought out. Extremely helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about of any importance. All very elegant. Perhaps the coffee machine would have been a bit more cooperative! But truly, this was an extraordinary find and that is saying a lot from a jaded traveler like myself!

Good host, great access to parking, we didn't have to carry our bags around

Accomodation was supposed to have A/C, but it still felt too warm. We could not figure out how to change the A/C settings.

Really beating and spacious room, located at walking distance from all hotspots in the city center, and offering underground private parking space for our car, including bike carrier. Different from reviews of other guests, we had no noice from any traffic at all (that said: our windows were balcony/garden-oriented)
