The night before my arrival, I stayed in a place that made me feel unsafe. I barely got any sleep and ended up changing my booking in the middle of the night. I arrived at the NB a bit earlier than expected, and Nicole from the staff welcomed us without hesitation. All I needed was a shower and a moment to rest in a safe, peaceful space. Nicole had no idea what I had gone through the night before, but that’s when you realize—sometimes God sends us angels. It's often the small, thoughtful actions, the ones we might overlook, that can make a profound difference in someone’s life. To Nicole: Thank you kindly, dear!

Hotel location is very convenient to visit the city center, to be close to the two train stations, and to reach the Juventus Stadium.

As I said after my last stay (and I am talking because I am a front office agent too), the working space for the receptionists should be implemented because during the rush hours and with a lot of people checking in at the same time they had very little space to move and, as far as I understood, they were also missing an extra POS. This time, I did not really liked the attitude of one of the receptionist and I felt like judged and like he didn't want to take charge of my requests. But it was probably my perception, and a sort of misunderstanding, and I won't miss the chance to make it clear next time I stay at Hotel NH Torino Centro.

The staff were fantastic, especially one of the most senior ladies who went above and beyond for us. Although our check-in was scheduled for 15:00, she offered us personalized service because we had an event around that time. We arrived at the hotel around 14:15, and thanks to her effort, we were able to access our room by 14:30. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated and left a lasting impression—something we haven’t experienced at other hotels. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities and a great location.

Being a front desk agent in Switzerland since 2017, I have a certain expertise in the hospitality industry so that I know what I'm saying: very comfy bed and pillows of different kinds. That's amazing. Bath linen was soft and clean: well done to the external cleaning service. A very good breakfast buffet with a wide choice of products, sweet and sour, hot and cold, gluten and lactose free options. The reception, the HK, and the breakfast staff were very polite and willing to help you, and at the phone the front desk agent calls you by name that's very professional: well done and keep doing. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from Porta Susa train station (you can't miss your trains) and the Vinzaglio metro stop just in front with a couple of tramway stops very close but that I didn't use. The location is more or less in the middle of the city and it's easy to reach the historical city center or the Juventus Stadium: for bianconeri fans, Piazza Bernini Is 7 minutes away by bike or 3 metro stops away, very, very convenient.

That's not a complaint but a professional suggestion: the hotel reception was very small for both the employees and the guests: three people working hard in a tiny space with only 2 POSs and 3 queues of guests waiting. It must be improved especially when you have all that space in the entrance hall. But it looked like a temporary solution because of the meeting they were holding, I forgot to ask.

From arrival til departure everything was over my expectations. I was there already at 1pm to ask if I can drop-off my luggage off for the meanwhile because I knew that check-in will start according to booking.com at 3pm. However the receptionist on the day (forgot her name, I'm so sorry) asked me to wait for a second since there might be already a room available for me - and there was one, praise God! But not only this I was one of the lucky guests today and I received an upgrade, and NH Hotel made literally my day. I even receive free drink at the minibar, and the Staff from Reception, Facility, Kitchen and even the Minibar were beyond amazing. Also if you arrive the hotel and do you check-in, there's a welcoming non-alcoholic drink prepared for you next to the reception with some sweets too. It's been ages experiencing hotel visit with a beautiful welcoming ambience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — there's a tram stop right in front of the building, making it super easy to get around, and it's just a short, pleasant walk to the center of Torino. Despite the price of the breakfast it was very complete, with a great variety of fresh options. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, which made for a really relaxing stay. Highly recommend if you're visiting Torino!

The room was rather cold and we could not set the air conditioning for more than 23 degrees The ventilation in the bathroom did not work, so every time we showered everything was extremely damp afterwards The underground parking is quite old and does not have a direct connection to the hotel, hence we had to carry our luggage along the ramp

I have always enjoyed staying at NH Hotels - they are no fuss and deliver good quality. In this case, this was perfect for our 24 hours stay in Torino.

Upon checking out, a queue of around 4-5 people had formed at concierge as only one team member was manning it on a Sunday morning, when I would expect multiple guests to be regularly leaving the premises. We weren't in a rush however it would have been good for a second person to join and avoid causing travel delays to any of the guests.

The breakfast room was very noisy, so we went out for breakfast (there are lots of nice cafés in the area). Check-in took a long time and wasn't very friendly; presumably the person at reception wasn't having a very good day.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The room’ was big and the beds were very comfortable.

We arrived on a Sunday evening and as there was heavy rain we wanted to eat in the hotel. The restaurant does not work on Sundays so room service was the only option. Despite of the long menu, it turned out that as the restaurant is closed we could get a only a caprese salad or frozen pasta at elevated prices.
