The staff are very helpful and professional. The location is excellent—situated in a great area, directly in front of a metro station and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The room is spacious, and the balcony is fantastic, I’d also like to mention that the hotel has an elevator, which is a great convenience when carrying luggage upstairs.

I would have preferred more in-room facilities such as a fridge, kettle, or coffee maker. The weather was pleasant during our stay, so I didn’t rely much on the air conditioning. It seemed to function more like a fan, and I couldn't adjust it further—though to be fair, I didn’t ask the staff about it.

I had a lovely stay at the Eco Art Hotel in Torino. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a warm atmosphere. The price is very reasonable for the quality you get, and the location is excellent — about a 20-minute walk to Piazza Castello and only 15 minutes from the FlixBus stop in Vittorio Emanuele II. A great choice for a stay in Torino, I would definitely come back!

There is a metro station at 100 meters. The hotel has elevator. The bed, pillows, very good, quiet in the room. It is warm in the room, it smells clean, there is air conditioning, a table, a chair, a bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The room and the private bathroom are large, the cleanliness is impeccable, you get everything you need for a pleasant stay.

No fridge in the room.

We loved this hotel. Everything about the room was great (comfy, clean, hot water, air con etc.). They stored our luggage before check in and allowed us to check-in early once the room was ready. The art everywhere was very cool and we enjoyed looking at them. Also free arty Turin postcards were a lovely addition! If we come back to Turin we would stay here again!

We arrived late and had no problems. The place was nice and cozy. The staff was reliable. When there was a misunderstanding, I went to reception and Ana helped me and sorted everything out. They agreed to keep our belongings after we left the room, and were nice. They let us use the electricity and sit in the lobby without restriction.

The hotel is located in the proximity of the Torino bus station and just several meters away from a Principi d'Acaja metro station, what makes the hotel totally accesible. The room was small but really clean and warm, there was everything that a single traveller might have needed. An excellent view from the balcony was a really nice complement!

The walls of the room are really thin so my neighbours and me could perfectly hear each other.

Couldn't get an answer from the personal regarding the parking on the street. They suggested to pay 20eur for underground parking but I ended with leaving it on the street for free.

The staff were super friendly and helped us with our transport (car parking and getting around town on electric step bikes). The hotel is decorated very elegantly and the room was very clean and comfortable with a small balcony. All in all good value for money!

Super friendlyl people, really clean and comfortable, right next to the metro station and walking distance from the railway station. In a quite neighborhood but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Big and comfy bed, spotless toilet and shower, lots of towels, extra pillow and blankets in the room. And we got a very good deal. Will definitely go back when in Torino.

Very nice place to be in Turin. Eco friendly and with a lot of pieces of art everywhere. I love it. We enjoyed our stay even for it's location, walking distance from the historic centre. Garage available too
