It is an old catholic structure (originally a nuns monastery, suore missionarie della Consolata), occupying the entire block, well renovated with modern touches (elevators, magnetic card for opening doors, smart TV, key card to activate electricity lights and AC). It offers 24/7 reception, though you can enter the external door and your room with your room key card. It now hosts 70% University students and 30% hotel rooms. It offers beds with good mattresses for excellent sleep 💤 . Very well cleaned. Easy to access location, not far from train station Porta Susa. Very quiet as all rooms open on an internal courtyard with a tiny garden and chairs/tables. Smart TV with wake up alarm. Good shower gel products. Our triple room on the second floor had 2 lavabos and hairdryer. Breakfast with good variety (cereals, croissants of many types) and the unusual (for Italy) scrambled eggs and bacon, cold cuts and cheeses. Excellent coffee prepared by two kind ladies.

The room remain basic, spartan, with no frills (don't expect kettle, coffee, tea, cookies in the room or special lights) but perfectly functional and comfy. The breakfast is nice, varied and the products of good quality, however you will have to cue with your tray to be served by two kind and efficient ladies as the food and hot drinks (coffee and tea) are not self service. This takes time if you are on a rush.

I arrived at 2000 hrs the entrance doors from street were locked & it looked like an Office building so slightly confused me but they were opened after I found and used the intercom to speak to Reception. Extremely helpful receptionist, helped me with directions and train tickets for the next day, very clean, room I would say was functional rather than luxurious but bed was great and shower very good. Despite being University accommodation there was no noise from the students on the second floor I stayed on. Restaurant was more like a canteen, very functional with good honest basic food, que up with your tray and choose. Limitless soft drinks from machine. Lots of students eating but great atmosphere. You pay a set price separately for your food at Reception and get a voucher to use in the canteen. Would definitely stay again, FELT VERY SAFE inside the accommodation with security doors from street and reception areas.

Entrance to Campus was not that obvious from the street but it was late and I was very tired from travelling.

The place is easy to reach from Porta Susa by foot. It also has a good bus connection with the city center. The accomodation is in a very calm street, so no outside noise.The room was exactly as in the pictures. The cleaning services were excellent, and the personel friendly and allowed us to check in earlier.

There could have been some vegetables at the breakfast buffet, but that is like a minor thing

The room was in a modern student campus, just a few metro stations away from the main train station, Torino Porta Nuova. It was very clean and well-equipped, with essential furniture that provided everything I needed to rest after a long day. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day. The staff was courteous and efficient. There are several excellent restaurants and bars for aperitivo, lunch, and dinner just minutes away from the campus. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant, with many students around.

The fact that was very secure and the staff was very kind. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Mirela from the breakfast restaurant was the kindest person i ever met in Torino.

The only thing i didnt like it was the sounds that i was hearing from the other rooms and from the corridor.

Everything!! Lovely and very nice staff! Tasty vegan croissants at the breakfast (plain and sometimes with chocolate). The nice ladies in the cafeteria make tasty coffee with soy/rice milk. Room is cleaned daily. Spacious room with comfy bed. Very nice shower. Location is very convenient. Loved everything!

Clean and large rooms and bathroom. Very helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags there after check out. Good access to public transport and about 20 min away from Torino centre by foot. Fyi, this is a university campus accommodation, so you will see many students, especially in the common areas. They did not negatively impact our stay at all.

There were no in-room coffee and tea facilities, but they did have a common area where we could get them.

The staff was very helpful, and the apartment was clean and spacious. The breakfast is good for the price. It can be easily reached by public transport.

The only thing that bothered me was noise coming from the corridors. The place is also a students residence, and one of the nights there was a lot of noise in the corridors for an hour or so. The management should take some action in controlling this. It happened only in one night, though.

I like that this hotel was set back from the road which helped it be quiet at night. I also really liked the small gestures towards environmentally conscious practices in the room such as the recycled toilet paper, the large bottle of refillable toiletries (instead of small single use ones) The staff were friendly and didn’t mind my poor attempts at Italian We were staying one night in transit between Paris and Venice and did not use any facilities apart from our room The location was good for this and there is a Carrefour nearby to get a train picnic.

Although it was quiet and set back from the road because it was part of a college complex there was some noise at night from people who had been using the communal areas but it didn’t impact on sleep

The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities were good, e.g., gym and meeting room. The staff was very nice and polite. Location is okay, not far from the city center and close to the metro and train stations.

The breakfast was not good, it lacked variety. Also, the proce was a bit high for what you get.
