Hotel was clean, comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom. Location is a little bit far from city centre but there are a lot of buses and trams nearby that take you to the centre very fast, so location is not a problem. Staff was very nice! Breakfast was simple but tasty, delicious coffee! However, sound isolation in the rooms is very poor, you can hear everyone speaking or even walking nearby, it was hard to sleep when there was a party going on in the room next to us…

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very easy to reach by public transport. Aircon worked well. Excellent WIFI. Budget Hotel where you feel welcome. Breakfast was more than adequate and the lady doing the breakfast was super nice. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Best dumplings next door and try Taverna Greca in the street right behind the hotel. Good pizza close by.

Rooms are not big, but that’s expected ant not a problem. No fridge in the room, but staff were very helpful by keeping things for us in their fridges. Those fridges were cold and we loved that.

The room was clean, warm and smelled nice, the bed was big and comfortable. The building in which the hotel is located has that old Italian charm, but also modern ammenities (for example, elevator). The area is safe and well-connected to the rest of the city, you have trams and buses right in front of the hotel. The breakfast included mostly pastries and sweets, but also cereal, yoghurt, some cold cuts and cheese, fruit, as well as coffee/cappuccino. The staff is nice and welcoming, they provided all the necessary info via WhatsApp for self-check in before arrival (I arrived late and the reception was already closed).

Everything was ok, good value for money. Maybe the furniture in the room could use a revamp, it seemed a bit old.

Way to small shower cabinbut you can adopt a bit. I stayed for 4 nights, first two was nice and quiet but lfollowing two was disturbed by a couple talking during the night which is a sign of weak sound isolation

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but it wasn’t a problem. The very kind gentleman at the reception allowed us to check in, and even though it was past breakfast time, he served us each with a hot drink. The room is small but equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, air conditioner with two modes—winter and summer, etc.). It’s not the newest, but due to daily cleaning, the room and furniture still look good. Breakfast is a buffet with hot drinks, juices, water, various bakery sweets, salami and cheese, fruit, and yogurt. The location is excellent; to reach the station, you just have to cross the street.

The rooms lack good soundproofing, allowing sounds from other rooms to be heard. Despite this, the night was quiet, and I experienced no issues with noise. Additionally, the shower is small. While it wasn’t a problem for us, stockier individuals may encounter difficulties when showering.

The fact that they had no English tv channels Maybe had another breakfast option, eating the same thing for 5 days can become boring. The other people at receptions were not friendly at all. Didn't greet or even acknowledge me when I was around. It might be the culture, but it takes nothing to greet someone.

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide at least a bottle of water in the room upon arrival, which would enhance guest comfort. Thankyou

Friendly staff, good location. There are good places to eat nearby. Older building with character (not a generic boring modern hotel)

I'm not a fan of using the hotel WiFi due to not knowing how secure it is. But it would be nice to have a TV with streaming apps.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean. However, those who value silence, you might have trouble there - the tram stop is right under the windows and it starts working around 6a.m in the morning. Walls are quite thin also. The location was ok, it's obviously not close to center, but public transportation is at hand. Also, good pizza places around. They have very helpful staff. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Everything was ok. The hotel is relatively close to politecnico university. Just in front of the hotel there are a terminal station of some tramway lines. In the street behind the hotel (monginevro street I think) you can find a supermarket and some restaurants.

When I opened the window to let the air enter, you could see a building and so some people could potentially see you ^^ but no problem at all, I just opened the window and closed the curtain. Everything was good in my experience 👍🏼
