Good price. Very nice staff. We didn't speak Italian, but somehow managed to communicate in English despite language barrier - all it takes is good will :) Sweet breakfast, typical for Italy - several kinds of croissant and pies. Mrs waitress makes very good coffee! Located very close to Porta Susa, many restaurants nearby. Very calm neighbourhood. Personnel stored our luggage for free after we booked out, so we could roam some more before night flight.

Air conditioner could use a cleaning - I am allergic and didn't feel well while sleeping with conditioner on, which is pretty much necessary during Italian summer.

Just a short walk from Porta Susa train station, where I arrived. Also close to the historical center and convenient for the Politecnico where I was attending a congress. Got a friendly welcome at reception. Room was good quality and cosy. Breakfast is included in the price. I had an early morning train to catch and was able to have breakfast before the official time.

The room was comfy, the included breakfast was good. The location is an easy walk to train (Porta Susa) and metro stops or into the city centre. Really excellent value. Having a 24hr front desk made our late arrival into Torino really easy.

Value for many, location, kitchen were fine for us. We arrived 1 hour earlier before check-in and room and parking place were ready for us (parking place was reserved and confirmed by mail). Additional plus was continental breakfast included in price. Good place to stay 1-2 days in Milan.

It was really clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast could be better, but it was good anyway. The staff was kind. My room was adapted to people in wheelchairs (Though I didn't need it), and I think it's good to know.

Not so much facilities. It didn't have, for example, a place to put the soap.

It’s a lovely hotel with great location. The room was comfortable.

The shower cabin was small even for a petite lady like me(5’2) + there was no place to put your hygiene items. Also, you can clearly hear noises from the hallway. However, the building is quite old, so it’s understandable

The best part of this hotel was the staff! From the first moment, they were incredibly kind and friendly. When we told the check-in clerk that we needed to leave early the next morning, he made sure that the person working the next day would have breakfast ready early for us. They had the entire spread ready at 6 am, just for us!

The decor is very bland and the bathroom could use a shower stall or curtain. The door to the bathroom was frosted glass...not very private!

Cant stress enough, how much the staff influence the experience of this hotel. Both the 2 night receptionists have been so friendly, accomodating and always prepared to help: coffee before breakfast, breakfast earlier than announced, please sit down and I will bring it to you....its rare to meet so friendly staff. The two guys at recetion always go out of their way to help, accommodate and make the paperwork quick and efficiently. Amazing staff

Very nice and clean room. The hotel is within a 3-minute walk from Porta Susa station.

If your room neighbors are a bit loud, you will hear them and this can be annoying. The rooms don’t isolate noises from the neighboring rooms.
