The staff are very friendly. Paola and her colleagues were always open to questions and ready to help. The beds are very comfortable, the place was clean and tidy and the hotel is generally kept very well.

The hotel is located close to the Porta Susa train station, which is a good thing since this makes it easy to reach it on public transport and there is a parking close by, but as always the train station does attract a specific crowd (beggers, homeless people) which is a bit of a downside. You are in the city center very quickly, though, so it's only a very short walk through these neighbourhoods.

I was really impressed with this hotel — it deserves more than just one star. The place felt modern, clean, and welcoming, with spacious rooms, big bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The location was spot on: a short walk to the city centre, and close to trams, taxis, and the train station, which made getting around so easy. Even though my room faced the main road, the noise wasn’t much of an issue — though if you’re a light sleeper, you might want earplugs just in case. There are only 11 rooms, which gave it a cosy feel, and I loved the little touches like the fridge at reception with drinks available 24/7. The staff were fantastic too — really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is optional but there are plenty of cafes on the street. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and I’d happily recommend staying here.

The rooms are clean and feel very modern. The bed was very comfortable and I’ve had a good rest each night I stayed. Despite my room being next to a tramline, I never felt like it was noisy and I actually enjoyed seeing a tram pass by. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect when you’re arriving/departing from Porta Susa station. And the elevator is cute.

We were locked out of the hotel during our last night when it was around midnight. Calling the reception didn’t help, because the person on the other end didn’t speak English and didn’t open the door. Someone else did after some time. However, the hotel staff apologized sincerely, they offered to deduct the city tax and they gave us two drinks of our choice, which was a very kind gesture.

I needed to stay in Turin overnight to xatch an early train form Porta Susa Station and the hotel was exactly what i needed as a woman travelling alone. The staff were very helpful and friendly and 24h reception made me feel more secure. The hotel is very convenient for Porta Susa Station. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great since I stayed during a heatwave. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

It's not the most interesting part if Turin but the historic quarter isn't far. I stayed there for the convenience of the station.

The location was great, close to the train station but also just a few minutes by walk to the center of the town. The room was on the 5th floor, it was enormous and even had a small kitchen in a separate room included which was a surprise. Im wondering if we got an upgrade to be honest. It was very clean.

The only thing i didnt like was the attitude of the receptionist who did our check out. She was very rude about the balance remaining to be paid and spoke in an arrogant way. All the other receptionist were very kind and helpful, she was the only one not nice and unprofessional. I would certainly go back again and recommend it. Hotel should have more stars !!!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, quite spacious and very warm. The bed was also very comfortable. I really enjoyed the toiletries in the bathroom. They provide the quests with toothbrush and mini toothpaste and shower caps for the hair, besides soaps and shampoos. The location was convenient for me, it is very close to Porta Susa station, where you can go and take the buses for Malpensa airport.

The room didn't have any fridge, although it could fit one. The hotel staff helped us and kept our staff in their fridge though. The room was comfortable but definitely needs a better decoration to look more pretty, and some of the furniture were kind of worn out (e.g. leather parts of the bed). The hotel also does not have breakfast, but they will have in the future, if i understood correctly. Given these shortcomings and compared to other hotels in the area, i think it could be a little bit cheaper.

(1) Staff - extremely nice & helpful; my train to Torino got cancelled & delayed and I arrived to the hotel at 4am, the staff was there for my very late check in and the day after for my very early morning check out at 6.45am. (2) Location -5min walk from the railway station Torino porta Susa. Super comfy if you need to travel by train. (3) Silent & quiet room - even if in the city center, my room was super quiet (I specifically asked for this), because some hotels/rooms close to the station can be very noisy if facing main streets. (4) Clean & good overall "price - value"- all you need for a comfy, night over.

Convenient location near the train station, friendly and informative reception staff, and really excellent facilities in the room. The room had a slightly separate eating and kitchen area, and we weren't expecting to have a fridge which allowed us to have breakfast in the room. Lovely view over a neighbouring courtyard, where the swifts flew morning and evening. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nothing major - if you are tall, you might have to be more careful of the roof arches that were quite low, but we managed to avoid bumping our heads.

My experience at this hotel in Turin was exceptional. The property was well-appointed, providing a high level of comfort with spacious, impeccably clean rooms. The location was superb, conveniently situated near the main train station, which facilitated easy travel while still being within walking distance to many key attractions. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. The staff truly stood out; they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended fantastic restaurants and assisted us with any question or request with genuine warmth, adding to the overall experience.

First of all Thank you to the Front Desk Lady & staff - extremely friendly and helpful. We choose this location for an overnight stay with no expectation. The location has one star because it does not serve breakfast. But TRUST ME - THE LOCATION IS AMAZING - EQUIVALENT TO A 3-4 STAR HOTEL. Just down the corner (4 minutes walk the City Central Starts also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Don't get fulled by the outside of the building appearance (the hole of Torino is like that). Once you enter the hotel floor everything is amazing. New and modern furniture and most important very clean. (better that Courchevelle expensive hotel that we stayed prior). Also the room is big and the balcony is a plus.
