The location was great, close to the train station but also just a few minutes by walk to the center of the town. The room was on the 5th floor, it was enormous and even had a small kitchen in a separate room included which was a surprise. Im wondering if we got an upgrade to be honest. It was very clean.

The only thing i didnt like was the attitude of the receptionist who did our check out. She was very rude about the balance remaining to be paid and spoke in an arrogant way. All the other receptionist were very kind and helpful, she was the only one not nice and unprofessional. I would certainly go back again and recommend it. Hotel should have more stars !!!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, quite spacious and very warm. The bed was also very comfortable. I really enjoyed the toiletries in the bathroom. They provide the quests with toothbrush and mini toothpaste and shower caps for the hair, besides soaps and shampoos. The location was convenient for me, it is very close to Porta Susa station, where you can go and take the buses for Malpensa airport.

The room didn't have any fridge, although it could fit one. The hotel staff helped us and kept our staff in their fridge though. The room was comfortable but definitely needs a better decoration to look more pretty, and some of the furniture were kind of worn out (e.g. leather parts of the bed). The hotel also does not have breakfast, but they will have in the future, if i understood correctly. Given these shortcomings and compared to other hotels in the area, i think it could be a little bit cheaper.

(1) Staff - extremely nice & helpful; my train to Torino got cancelled & delayed and I arrived to the hotel at 4am, the staff was there for my very late check in and the day after for my very early morning check out at 6.45am. (2) Location -5min walk from the railway station Torino porta Susa. Super comfy if you need to travel by train. (3) Silent & quiet room - even if in the city center, my room was super quiet (I specifically asked for this), because some hotels/rooms close to the station can be very noisy if facing main streets. (4) Clean & good overall "price - value"- all you need for a comfy, night over.

My experience at this hotel in Turin was exceptional. The property was well-appointed, providing a high level of comfort with spacious, impeccably clean rooms. The location was superb, conveniently situated near the main train station, which facilitated easy travel while still being within walking distance to many key attractions. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. The staff truly stood out; they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended fantastic restaurants and assisted us with any question or request with genuine warmth, adding to the overall experience.

All of the hotel staff were charming, friendly and very helpful organising taxi cabs and providing some essentials! The 24 hour reception service was greatly appreciated. The room was large with a balcony and view. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the shower was brilliant. Most of all we appreciated the provision of a kettle in our room for making early morning tea! While the hotel does not serve breakfast we were given discount at the local cafe which provided a good choice of items with staff that speak excellent English. A plus is that it is close to the train station, the Flixbus station and the old town. Highly recommend!

The hotel entrance is a little hard to spot and would benefit from some well located signage.

First of all Thank you to the Front Desk Lady & staff - extremely friendly and helpful. We choose this location for an overnight stay with no expectation. The location has one star because it does not serve breakfast. But TRUST ME - THE LOCATION IS AMAZING - EQUIVALENT TO A 3-4 STAR HOTEL. Just down the corner (4 minutes walk the City Central Starts also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Don't get fulled by the outside of the building appearance (the hole of Torino is like that). Once you enter the hotel floor everything is amazing. New and modern furniture and most important very clean. (better that Courchevelle expensive hotel that we stayed prior). Also the room is big and the balcony is a plus.

We should have stayed longer- will return shortly.

My wife and I were immediately impressed by the spaciousness of our suite of rooms and the quality of the fittings. Our sons were in the next apartment, equally satisfactory but with a different layout. The bedroom windows looked down on to the hotel's garden terrace where breakfast is held; our bathroom window gave a different but equally agreeable view. We had chosen the hotel because of its closeness to Turin's historic centre, making it possible to walk to practically everything we wanted to see. Finding that it was also close to Porta Susa railway station and other public transport factilities was an added bonus. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, and we had not originally booked breakfast; but there are many good restaurants, bars, and cafes within easy walking distance, and on one day we took the hotel's buffet breakfast and found it completely satisfactory.

We had no complaints at all. Large people with large suitcases may need to consider that the otherwise excellent lift is compact.

Breakfast was basic at nearby with café coffee and croissant. The room was good with plenty of space and adequate lighting and power outlets. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes walk to the train station and Metro line at Porta Susa train Station. Disposable slippers were much appreciated including toothbrush. Good supply of fresh clean towels.

It would have been useful to have a cloth to mop up spillages. It would also have been useful to have a knife or a scissors for cutting.

It was very clean with comfortable beds and is near one of the train stations. There is a lift and great sound proofing on windows with quiet air con. We were offered a late check out until 12 at no extra cost.

It was bit further away from the main sights than we realised- this was probably our fault though. The breakfast room was closed and when we booked, breakfast was included- although this wasn't a huge issue, we felt the no breakfast option should have been reflected in the room price. The 10% discount in a nearby cafe wasn't enough.

The hotel receptionists were competent and friendly. I liked the idea of giving the guests a choice of opting out of everyday room cleaning ( and a little bonus as an incentive). We liked the room decor, simple and elegant, the original wooden floor well preserved and an access to the balcony. I liked the choice of the colour palette in the room. We appreciated a spacious bathroom with a large shower and toiletries. The apartment was clean, warm and inviting with a sense of privacy.

The room turned out to be slightly too noisy with the street noise. We would have appreciated some water glasses in the room. What we found missing was a kettle in the room and tea cups, a standard in most hotels and much appreciated by the tea lovers. The kettle was provided upon request by a friendly receptionist, thank you again. From the sustainability perspective it might make more sense to have refillable shower gel/shampoo containers rather than small plastic, one-use containers.
