Room was good and spacious, hotel is nice, cool staff.

cleanliness was ok, they could have cleaned under the beds but they don't. they also mentioned that they change the sheets only every 4 days and our stay was shorter, i would have preferred to change the bed sheets earlier, also one day they claimed we had the "do not disturb" sign and that is why they did not clean, but by the end of the day they give the room a quick prep.

Room small and plain, but clean and functional. Location quiet and adequate to move around with bus and tram. Excellent value for money for the price I paid.

Noise from hallways, late at night and early in the morning, can be head very loud, since door is not sound proof. It was a hotel, not a dorm (as many said) but customers seemed to be indeed younger and there was alot of chatting while walking in the hallway, at all times. Next time I'll ask for a room a the far end of the hallway, not close to stairs and lift.

Really surprised at the cost of the room, upon arrival and entering the room. I would of expected to pay more for what I paid. The room was massive and spacious along with the bathroom. Didn't pay for breakfast but paid at reception only 7euros nice simple continental buffet style breakfast. Had everything that I needed for a big pre event workout meal. Staff at reception were helpfull from when I arrived. Restaurant right next to the campus amazing food and a coffee shop next to it. Local supermarket just down the road. 10/20 minute to main area for shops and restaurants

If I had to say something but just only for feedback. Perhaps maybe upgrade the gym facilities to fit in with the campus surroundings

Everything seems pretty new, and it is very clean. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with a huge choice of food and drinks. Free parking available nearby.

From the room description on Booking I understood that there was free parking available, while the parking offered by the hotel is for a fee. Actually, there are a lot of free parking slots nearby, but not offered by the hotel.

The owners and staff were lovely, the breakfast was wonderful, and there was a great selection. There are squirrels running around the court yard of the student accommodation, which our room faced. Plenty of great food areas within an easy walk. Free street parking available opposite the accommodation, it did fill up fast. Also you can pay for parking at the accommodation and park in the garage.

The beds were super hard, and the pillows were very thin. In one room the air-conditioning was not working and having to leave the windows open let in all the noise from the students and the football field next door, who seemed to socialise till around 2am in the courtyard. There was no sound once the windows were closed.

The hotel offers relatively simple accommodation. Not much thought about design / soft furnishings, etc, but it provides the essentials, and it's spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was quite good and certainly better than most hotels in this proce range.ubderground secured parking was a bonus too. The hotel is attached to a student campus, so lots of young people about giving this location a good vibe.

Room was nice and clean, with a big bathroom. Breakfast had a bit of everything. Very good free parking across the street. Location is ok, with lots of options to reach the city center via public transport. Otherwise, by foot is 50-60 minutes to the city center.

Bed was a bit too soft for me.

Friendly helpful staff, good prices and calm location with ample modern budget rooms with plenty of street-side parking and nearby convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Breakfast choice was amazing, especially considering the price, and the waiter was extremely professional.

It's a combined-use student residence, so ambience is a bit more "lively" than in a normal hotel. However the guest area has some peculiar people hanging out with beers on the corridor. Cleanliness could be improved, with the bathroom needing a more thorough run-through (grime remains on shelves...) as well as maintenance (rickety shower had one of its doors falling off its hinges, for instance).

The hotel is in the campus of the University that was my Alma Mater. Very interesting. Good location. Full of young peoples. Breakfast excellent and recommended.

All the extra costs that were not included in the reservation, amounted to almost a third of the total costs. Extra costs were breakfast, parking, city taxes.

I liked the overall feeling of my stay, the room was cozy and the breakfast tasty. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location was not good, distant from metro stations and main bus lines. Also the food/drinks vending machines in the hallways were not working. In addition, there were some disruptions with the WI-FI connection. The breakfast service closed 30 minutes before scheduled time ( 10:00 AM) once ( went in 9:30 AM, was not able to access), which was weird.
