We loved our stay here! We are from New Zealand and came here to visit friends that live in this area and really appreciated that the hotel staff spoke English.The rooms were very clean and spacious (we chose the option to have 3 single beds). It had a great kitchen area and we especially liked that it had a dining table, a kettle for hot water, a stove top and pans for heating food and also a microwave. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel had a lovely garden/grass area and felt very safe with the outside gates locked at night. It is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to the Palazzolo Milanese train stop (we walked easily with our wheeled suitcases) which makes it very easy to connect to public transport to get into the city of Milan and also for day trips such as to Lake Como! It is also close to everything you need like a supermarket, places to eat (we loved the near-by restaurant Pizza e Mozzarella) and a delicious gelato shop. Would highly recommend a stay here!

The location is close by to everything from church to the grocery store. It seemed peaceful as well. It has immense bedrooms, with verandas connected to the other rooms. The equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, and oven are working well. AC is controlled in the common room. Bathrooms are clean and towels are provided. The lights and parking garage are card accessible. Close to the grocery store and local church. 30 minutes drive to MXP airport if traffic is not bad. I would have booked this the entire week of our stay, if not for my family who offered us to stay with them.

extra charge for parking space, microwave and thermos didn't work. There’s no steamer for clothes and washer is not provided.

Bed some somewhat comfortable, i was ok but my partner really struggled with it. The kitchen area could use an oven Not sure a leather sofa was the right choice as we kept sticking to it

Spacious and comfortable rooms! You can tell the place was recently renovated. We were especially happy with the bathroom. We stayed here with our 8-month-old baby, but unfortunately there was no baby bed available. If you do want one, it costs €20 per night, which is quite pricey. As for location, it’s a good base to explore Milan if you have a car. You can park about 10 minutes away and then take the metro to the Duomo, which takes around 45 minutes in total. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing hotel with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Big, spacious, super clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Heating was on the entire time and the temperature was just right. Friendly, pleasant staff - although we had booked a studio, we were given an apartment with a great view. Train station nearby and underground parking for those coming by car. We would have loved to stay longer and just relax inside.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location was great to visit both Milano and Como lake either by car or by train (A train station is at 10 min walking distance). Appartment was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bed sheets were new and clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Appartment was cleaned everyday The area is very safe and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby (We loved the Gelateria nearby :) ) Parking is safe and CCTV are everywere.

The microwave was not working. It would be great to have a small oven or a combo (Microwave/oven) If you make customers pay 30€ for the kitchen use, please think of putting basics of cooking like seasonig (Salt, Peper and olive oil/oil).

We booked for our employees during design week and they kindly upgraded them to a suite which was amazing. We also had a change in our own hotel plans and Aurora was able to accomodate us. Th front desk staff is top notch!

The only thing was the Wifi and that really is not much to complain about.

We loved everything about this property! It was such a pleasant experience from the kindest staff and lovely apartment. The location is also very convenient and it is very walkable to whatever you may need in the city or even the train station. I would highly recommend staying here if you want luxury!!

Our room was very clean and cozy. Reception was very helpful and kind. As we arrived very late first day, there was self check in availability which was sent to us with fully described instructions 1 day before our trip.

Regarding location - we knew that it is a bit far from center and there is railway station 10 min by walk from hotel. Just paying every time ~5 eur for each trip (for 2 persons) and after train you need to change to metro in order to arrive city center can be a bit tiring. There is also timing in such case as trains work only till 11-12. If you arrive / leave hotel between 12 and 6 am you need to take a taxi which costs around 50-60 eur to center.
